Well, when we got to ringing up our items, the gum rung up at $25.00 a pack!! I had two packs. When I saw that $50 on the screen & none of the clothes, I said, "wait a minute, that gum is $25?"! The lady must have been new or something because she had a problem ringing up the gum in the first place and had to get assistance from the guy working there. Well, I told her to put that gum back. It would be a cold day in hell before I spend $25 on a pack of gum. I can just go to the grocery store. So, when I finally got home I was curious about this gum and why would it cost so much. So I looked it up on Urban Outfitters website. That gum had a price of $3.50 per pack on the site!!!!! Atlanta will never out live the scammer city allegations!!!! I tell you!!! I'm glad it was me checking out instead of my daughter. She would have just swiped and kept it moving, lol. I say all this, to say ... check your receipts. Customer service was still great, beautiful store set up and all that. I just couldn't believe the lady was going to let me pay $50 for gum that came out the bins where everything is usually under $10. Thanks for letting me rant.

The staff is actually really helpful, and interested in helping and providing customer service (they seem to have really goo product knowledge at this location as well) - it's almost like hanging out with a friend every time I'm there (this is coming form someone who has worked at 3 URBN brands including 2 different Anthro's over the years) The sale section usually has some goodie to grab. I've also gotten a lot of great gifts and gift ideas from the staff, things I hadden't thought of or seen online yet, or combinations of thing. They also will occasionally suggest thins on sale which I appreciate because I think most of us are on a tighter budget these days. Plus it makes you feel like they are thinking of what you are in need of and looking for, and not just sales. My cons are the parking - it is paid. Yes they are checking now. I saw someone get ticked when I was there last week. BUT they do comp up to two hours. you have to ask and it is only for the Park Mobil app - if you use the kiosk they can't do it. (though I cant remember the last time it was on which is why I didn't know you had to pay to park there until recently) I also don;t love that you have to walk through BHLDN (or Anthro Weddings now...?) to get to the fitting room. It's a little awkward and can feel a little disrespectful if there is a bride in the process of trying on. It makes for a an uncomfortable situation and I feel a social pressure to be very quiet when trying on which I don't love. BUT, in terms of Atl Anthropologie's, this is the best in terms of stock and variety and that's what I'm after- to try things on in store before buying online.

When purchasing gift cards, be aware because they have two to choose from. One card is for in store purchasing only and the other has access for online purchasing. Of course I received the in store only card. I love bright colored and printed scrubs. This particular Uniform advantage doesn't carry much of either. However, they had several sales which were right up my alley. The store had many scrub styles which was a plus. I am really loving the jogger style scubs so I bought a lot of those! There were several sales going on so I took advantage! They were worth the price! When I went to the counter, I found out that I went way over my card limit but Demytra took care of me! She was so patient and allowed me to look again so I could meet my budget and helped we with discounts. Demytra was helpful, friendly, and patient. She was the epitome of excellent customer service! I do recommend Uniform Advantage because quality of the scrubs but don't expect vibrant colors and quirky prints.

Based off of their social media, they just opened up in November. Bombchel Factory is a black owned and woman owned small business. I didn't really read about them until I got home, but I love the story and mission the owner Archel has created for her business. The store is open and accepting to all walks of life. This shop has a number of African inspired items and patterns which is displayed through clothing, jewelry, candles, etc. I was drawn to the tie-dye Atlanta Influences Everything long sleeve. The shirt is unisex and comes in a variety of color patterns. I will say the store and clothing is geared more towards women as there isn't really any men clothing that I noticed other than the unisex shirts or hoodies. There's a number of other things in there I'd live to get and will definitely be returning to get. I'd say their prices are fairly on par with similar shops/boutique style shops. The shirt I think was $60, which some may find on the expensive end, but it didn't surprise me for a small business as a lot of these items are hand crafted and there's no huge manufacturing things as major retail businesses would have. The two staff members that were working at the time were very friendly and helpful during my visit, and not pushy at all which I like. All in all, it's a cute shop and it's nice to see exposure to more small black owned businesses in the city, as well as in Ponce City Market.

I went into Cato's…read more(store #360 Decatur, GA) determined to only return my item and not shop and buy a thing; no matter how appealing. The manager, Ms. Marilynn Smith, politely asked if she could help me. I put my belt and receipt up on the counter and told her I wanted to make a return. She looked at the item and immediately said "I don't think this is ours. Our piece that hangs this up doesn't look like this." I admit I started to feel some kind of way because the belt had been in the bag waiting for me to get around to returning it and I had kept the receipt and left tags and all on it. She maintained her professionalism and even reached out to other stores to see if maybe they could recognize the belt. The response was a definitive "no, that's not ours". I was still oh so sure that I was right. Ms. Smith took the receipt and pulled up each item number on it and showed me the pictures of what popped up and I agreed that yes those items were correct; however, the belt I had wasn't one of the pictures. I left the store determined to find the correct receipt only to realize as I was in the car and on the phone with the person who I had showed the belts to (I bought 5 in two separate places) that I was indeed wrong and had gotten the belt I was trying to return to Cato's from somewhere else. I parked my car and went back in to apologize to Ms. Smith. She was again very professional and didn't make me feel bad for my mistake. She even smiled and told me it was okay and to have a good day. To whomever her boss is, Ms. Smith was an exemplary example in how to know your product, your job, your resources and how to be a professional at all costs. I will definitely go back and try on any items to ensure I don't need to return anything
