I wanted to be able to hang them on the wall without worrying about sags or tears. After touring the T-Basix workplace and inspecting examples of their other rug work, I decided upon using them to recondition and rework my rugs. Gail replaced the backings of both rugs with premium re-rug material securely stitched to the pelts. Ruffled felt border was added to the bear rug. Leather binding border was added to the zebra rug. D-rings were added to both rug perimeters to facilitate hanging and stretching out on the wall. All this was completed in a couple of weeks for $650. I am very happy now when I look at these rugs!
