However, the nightmare began while trying to locate an installer. At least five people/calls later I found Floor Coverings International (FCI) here on Yelp and--in despair--contacted them. Several days later, Rob LaCross actually kept our appointment and brought his samples to our house. And KEPT IN CONTACT with me, knowing I was suspicious and traumatized by previous carpet fellas disappearing into the night after promising the moon. (So to say.)
