I called Keith the morning after, and he not only honored the now months old quote, he got everything ordered and the new roof on the house before Thanksgiving. His crew was very thorough in preparing for the new shingles, and 14 full 4x8 sheets of new decking later the new roof was on and water tight. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It made a huge visual improvement to the house and it's a huge relief knowing that our house won't be rotting away from the inside any time soon. In addition to the great work, Keith was very gracious in dealing with my nonstop questions. I'm an engineer and a heaping dose of both curiosity and perfectionism come with that occupation. Keith took the time to answer my questions and took them in stride, and was overall very communicative and open about the whole process. I appreciate that in a contractor and will remember it when I have other big projects in the future. If you need a new roof, and want it done right, Keith is the guy to call.

He gave us a quote for the metal roof materials and labor. Two years later, he didn't increase the original quote which came as a pleasant surprise! He and his crew did a fantastic job. He originally said it would take 3 days to complete the job. But he got a crew that finished in one full day and 2 hours the next day! It was amazing! They worked for 11 hours the first day. My husband checked the work they did and said they did a great job. My husband had installed the shingles the first time, so he knows what to look for. I would definitely recommend Jackson's roofing for anybody who needs their roof replaced. 5 stars is not enough. Their customer service is above and beyond. Shannon said if we have any problems, don't hesitate to call him.

Their fees are reasonable and quite competitive - we'd bid it out to three different companies and this team offered the best overall value for the price, with quality materials, and then they further exceeded our expectations with excellent work and customer service. They were prompt, responsive, and they did great work, taking care of everything as if it were their home, protecting the areas and picking up all garbage, etc. - and they did it all quickly, exactly within the timeline they said they would do it. Can't say enough good things about this team. Highly recommending them to our family and friends, and if you engage them to do your roof, you'll be happy as well. They did such a great job with the roof that we're now speaking with them about doing the gutters for the house once we're ready. If you're wondering whether this is a good company, I can assure you it is. We'd found them on Yelp and we're so glad we did. Awesome team!
