We needed a bimonthly house cleaning service, used Yelp to get some quotes for that, and this…read morebusiness offered the best price. We've had them clean our home twice now, and have been quite pleased with them. We find them honest, hard-working (!), intelligent, and friendly. They have surprised us with their initiative--taking on extra cleaning tasks we did not expect them to do from our previous experience with house cleaners. For instance, today they thoroughly cleaned our kitchen oven on their own initiative, without us asking for that (my previous house cleaners never did that). When we bought our house less than a year ago, the induction range had some burned-on residue we couldn't manage to remove ourselves. This business also removed virtually all of that without us asking them to do it. The owner is a professional in the commercial cleaning industry, with skills and certification to do many kinds of cleaning and disinfecting. The owner still works for a larger national cleaning company, but is building out a local business of his own in this region. We can recommend them highly. They deserve more clients here in Boone.

I was so excited about this company at first and signed up for weekly cleaning. The first time they…read morecame, my house was so clean and I was so excited. Second time was "meh" and I kept having to ask him to do things like take out the trash and he forgot an entire bathroom even though I reminded him. Then we were out of town and then had a terrible stomach bug run through everyone and I had to cancel a few times, but I communicated with him the whole time and the owner, Brandon, was always friendly, helpful, and prompt in replying. When we were finally all better, I went to schedule a cleaning through the app and I couldn't. I tried messaging him to let him know, but heard nothing... then called a few days later. Over a week I tried every way I could to get ahold of someone-2 different phone numbers, email, messenger, the scheduling app... nada. Now nothing for 2 weeks. So, this company has charged me $800 the last 2 months and only cleaned twice. And now won't respond. I kept waiting thinking maybe something bad happened or they had an emergency or something. Who knows. They have my credit card running on a monthly charge and I can't cancel it without getting ahold of someone. It is the most frustrating thing. I tried purchasing a "test" on the app for $2 not sure what that was, but thinking it would let me schedule. I scheduled a cleaning that way, but no one showed up. I'm at a loss

The estimate was fair and he was very upfront about the process and there were NO hidden costs or fees. David and his team came to the house about a week later to begin the demolition project and I was blown away by the professionalism and hard work they put in. They were always working and very determined to complete the job. During a demolition project I understand there will be some damage to the lawn, due to the equipment necessary to complete the job. The damage was very minimal to my lawn and he asked me to inspect EVERYTHING afterwards to see if anything else needed to be done (which it did not). They take great care in the work they are doing. I was very happy they were able to stay within the budget/quote! I highly recommend Above and Beyond Demolition and Junk Removal for ANY sized job! Polite, professional and dependable!

He didn't show up for the initial appt., and rescheduled for the following week- even then he was an hour late. We discussed the repairs and he said he would email an estimate. After hearing nothing for weeks, I reached out to him and he said he would have it by the end of the week. The following week, I reached out again and finally received an estimate. From there on, I would hear NOTHING from him unless I initiated contact. Then the excuses started.. I dealt with this man for three and a half months, with him ghosting me the entire time. At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.
