    Came in for just an oil change since we had been on the road for 600 miles and the rest of the…read moreshops were closed. The guy took forever to even notice he had customers, when he did come out he looked dumbfounded that we needed service, did the same for a few other customers that came in. He proceeded to take an hour and a half for a simple oil change and had the audacity to change us extra because it was a mechanic shop, not an oil change place. He did not give us a rundown on how the car is, he just said "here it's done" and had his helper park the car (which he could barely even park it, he had to back up like 3 times). This place is so inefficient and we weren't able to even eat anything afterwards because they took so long.

    While traveling back to Georgia my Jeep picked up a code p1628, low sensor voltage. I dropped it…read moreoff to Logan on Friday, 5 June. I called everyday for a status with a promise that he would get to it. I sent a video on possible repair action on Monday only to find out he pulled the Jeep off the rack to work on another vehicle. So on 8 June, I just picked up my Jeep and paid 535 dollars for his work swooping out different sensors trial and error approach. I then took the Jeep home, followed the video about the potential wiring issue near the steering knuckle and fixed the issue in 20 minutes. Logan over promises and under delivers and lacks interpersonal skills. Recommend he hire someone else to do the talking for him. Don't waste your money.
