All clients are served with the same polite and positive attitude by all the staff members. While waiting it's only locigal that the staff takes the requests of people who might come in after you. I highly appreciate the fact that they remember my name and do their utmost best to facilitate me, even if that means lending me one of their own pill slicers if they ran out of stock.
