We considered ourselves loyal customers and had generally been happy to work with them. Unfortunately, our experience with a recent project has been very disappointing. The company rebuilt the two concrete steps leading from our back door, and only two years later, the concrete is already breaking apart and falling off the steps. We contacted the company to discuss the issue and see how it could be addressed. We were told that their workmanship is only guaranteed for one year, so because the project was completed two years ago, they would not stand behind the work. We understand that companies have warranty policies, but we had hoped that a company we had supported for more than five years would be willing to take some responsibility when a relatively recent concrete project is deteriorating this significantly. What was particularly disappointing was the response when we explained that, if nothing was done to rectify the situation, they would be losing a loyal, longtime customer. Rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, we were essentially told that they had been in business for over 40 years and did not need our business to be successful. After more than five years of doing business with a company, we expected better customer service and, more importantly, a willingness to stand behind their workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has changed our opinion of the company, and we will not be using them for future projects.

His team followed the exact manufacturers specifications when installing the walkway (it is essential not to skimp on these base materials). Additionally, his team didn't simply seed the lawn, they sowed the seeds and seeded at the same time, essentially double seeding the front yard. They also took the extra step to use shade grass seed for the areas that did not receive direct sunlight. His team was prompt, efficient, and tidy. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and I have received many compliments on my beautiful walkway and lawn.
