I never actually got to see Dr Estes. I had so much work scheduled but I had no way to pay it until after the new year. I explained to them. I canceled at least three appointments. In January of 2020, I called to see if they would prescribe an antibiotic for me because I had a gum infection. No return phone call so I couldn't reschedule that appointment. This Dentist does not care about their patients at all. They have to have their money up front period. I have two high option insurances but they could have cared less. I have never in my life dealt with a staff like this. Anyway, they threw me out and refused to see me for what? I have no earthly idea? Very poor customer service. I'm responding to Dr Estes. First of all my name is Lisa and if you cared so much you would have given me an antibiotic the first time I was there. So you see Dr Estes, I did see a Doctor. I was told by my referring Dentist that I had an infection. I canceled every appointment and you scheduler knew why. I told her I could not get any work done until my second insurance took effect. I can't just come up with 1600 dollars. Some folks can but not average folks that are retired vets. Your person knew my situation and when I called for that antibiotic she was not shocked. However, I'm shocked that I'm being released as a patient because I was waiting until I could get enough money to pay you. Your clerks kept scheduling me. I told them that the beginning of January was not enough time for that insurance. I know because I used to be a coder. I think the part that really irritated them was I asked to be seen by you because I was referred to you. So I'm clarifying anything not understood. read more
