When I asked how long the appointment would be she said they schedule 15 minutes for each issue. I could schedule several appointments to cover the issues I have. So, each issue (fifteen min appt) would be billing Medicare and my private insurance. Receptionist asked me if I wanted to schedule more appointments to cover my issues. I decided I need to find another doctor and clinic where my needs can be met with one appointment. I am really disappointed as I have been a patient with Corvallis Family Medicine for several years.

I get there in time for my appointment but not 15 minutes early. They refuse to see me because they don't have time to collect my insurance information. Next appointment, April. I've requested another referral and will never go back to Brune. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst health care experience ever.

The wait time was long (almost 45 minutes), even though there were no other patients in the waiting room (there were hardly any other patients in the building). Adrianna was not friendly, very condescending and seemed distracted. Her PA-C was not friendly either, she barely said "Hello". The exam was quick - under 8 minutes. Adrianna even missed a crucial skin growth that was caught by another doctor soon after this appointment, which is pathetic. To top it all off, Adrianna was more interested in her vacation property and rental money than her patients. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. She was unprofessional and seemed to care less about patient care. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

My two girls and I now all go to Dr. Cleary for medical issues, check-ups and advice. Dr Cleary is one of the doctors that wants to see your whole family, get to know you, and develop a better relationship so that he can provide you with the best possible care. Shouldn't we know the person we trust with our most valuable assets -- the health of our children and our health? Reminds me fondly of the entire LIttle House on the Prarie family going to one doctor together. She helped me separate symptoms and develop a course of action to track and isolate experiences--at first while keeping in mind that I was uninsured. She's helped me put together a team of medical professionals to address various issues and under her care, I have gone from having dramatic flares weekly to being able to function mostly normally. Dr. Lawrence has always been ready to listen, is upfront with me when she thinks something is normal for whatever stage of life I'm in, willing to take my personal circumstances into consideration, and not afraid to refer me to someone with more expertise on a subject than she has. Online appointment scheduling is convenient, and works especially well if you're already connected with Samaritan through MyChart. Their front desk staff are polite and helpful, and the providers have gotten us taken care of. The last time we took my very anxious daughter in here for a flu shot, the provider was super understanding and respectful of her, and helped her through it really compassionately.

They then referred me over to sam urgent care and gave me false information telling me that the urgent care recently changed their system 3 weeks ago and are now scheduling appointments but I called them and they said absolutely not and they have only ever been walk in only. Huge waste of time.
