The grout the Linscott Plumbing did for Park Square ...is not waterproof. You must seal it. If you used Linscott Plumbing just know the water stays under the tile it's not waterproof. We bought in Minneola and were part of the first phase. Before the one year mark I submitted my list of items that needed to be remedy and they never did any thing about it. My floors look horrible, the grout is cracked and uneven. I complained initially and they said they would seal the floor and it would look great. Then there were spots all over the floow and they sent in the contractor who only wiped it down and said it would go away. Never happened. The sod they used is crap. Overall the experience was horrible I would not recommend then to anyone. Not this time not ever. Many of my neighbors where promised certain items and then never came through. Just poor service. I don't have understand how they can be ranked #1. Shoddy work.

We wanted to take the time to write a short review for "Majestic Marble & Granite" in Orlando. It…read morewas the 1st time we have done granite countertops. When we stopped in at their showroom, we met Jill along with the entire staff. They were wonderful! Jill gave us a review and different options along with a lot of stone yards in the area to look for our granite. Once we found the granite that we liked, Jill made it easy for us as she handled the process and kept us updated on every step. Majestic came out to measure our bath vanities and we were also able to go to the showroom, work with their design team to move our layout around on the slab to get the exact design we wanted. Tony and Ed came out for the install. They were both skilled and wonderful to work with. Once it was done, we noticed a couple of small cracks on the edge due to the crystal in our particular granite slab. We called Jill and she immediately said no problem and sent Tony out to fix the issue. We cannot say enough good things about the team at Majestic and will definitely be using them next year to do our kitchen. One of the main things that helped us choose Majestic was Jill and her immediate response to any questions. It was amazing! If you need countertops don't hesitate to contact Majestic.
