Jeff Landers is hands down the best realtor I know. He spends time researching properties…read moreextensively, truly working for the client. It was so great to open my email each morning when we were looking to buy a home and have a list of properties that he had vetted the day prior. He also was our listing agent for our previous home and did a FABULOUS job marketing it. He was honest about how quickly it could sell and worked hard to have us look at properties prior to selling so that we had the exact home we wanted lined up to make an offer and simultaneously listing our previous home. My husband has worked with many other realtors and he was blown away by Jeff's work ethic and knowledge. Commented multiple times throughout the process how Jeff was above and beyond anyone else he had worked with. Everything worked so smoothly and went so well. We couldn't recommend any other realtor than Jeff Landers and the Dream Home Co.! He is truly the BEST around!

He is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, professional, and is probably the best communicator I've ever met in the business world (always responding to texts/emails/calls very quickly, always keeping us in the loop, etc.). We were very picky on the buying side, and he was so patient with us, showing us numerous houses and providing professional guidance. Throughout the whole process (both times we worked with him), we trusted him and felt he had our best interests at heart and wasn't just trying to make a quick commission. We could not have asked for a better realtor, and will definitely consider him first for all future real estate needs if we ever move back to the Indianapolis metro area.

Misi is absolutely top-notch when it comes to financing a home. She is experienced and knowledgeable. She takes time to get to know her clients and understand their needs. Everyone seems to know a good Realtor, but I'm here to tell you Jacob is the best! Look no further!…read moreMy friend had purchased a house several months before my husband and I began looking but she had referred Jacob to us and even us to him. He kindly gave me a call right away to introduce himself and I let him know it would be awhile before my husband and I seriously started looking for a house. Fast forward 7 months and my husband finally gives me the green light to start looking (our lease was not up for awhile but I was ready to get out!). I emailed Jacob immediately and we got the ball rolling right away! He was able to refer us to a Loan Officer and made the process very smooth. We are first time home buyers so we did not have a house to sell, but Jacob never made us feel less important! He was available all hours of the day and even on weekends which was really great for a couple that works opposite schedules. I think he even knew what we were looking for more so than ourselves... it's very easy to get caught up house hunting and want the first house you look at... but keep looking - the right one is worth the wait and Jacob will find it for you!!!
