She started her pre-marketing and and by Jan. 21st we had a sign prominent in our yard posted where it would catch the eye of passing traffic on both streets. I was so taken by the swift action of the process and transaction that I was in shock! Sadly the emotional attachment and the things we were going through as a family caused us to reevaluate our situation and we decided not to sell.
