Her attention-to-detail with listing included: a beautiful laminated bound booklet to hand out at showings and the open house, and cute customized signs throughout the house showed whimsy and highlight positives to potential buyers. From a buyer-perspective, she is savvy about all the inner workings of a house and you can count on her to tell it like it is, negatives along with positives. Update 7/6/21 We have used Kelly yet again, this time as a buyer. We were not the easiest buyers to work with this time, taking almost a year to find an Indy house that fit our criteria and we had some job relocation bumps to navigate, cold feet, false starts, etc. Kelly was patient, continuing to advocate and steer us in the right direction. At times, she seemed to remember our wants and needs as individuals and a family when we would be tempted to forget. We now are proud owners of a beautiful Butler Tarkington home (Kelly is an area aficionado). She is just the best.

I considered investment properties vs buying a full-time residence and she guided me through the logic behind what would be needed for each. She also spent time outlining our search areas and giving us pointers on what we'd want to do with our current home if we wanted to list. She's awesome to work with. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who appreciates local history and architecture. She has in-depth knowledge of Indy neighborhoods, an understanding of local history and common building practices for older builds. Her expertise was critical in finding a property that worked for our little family. Looking forward to working with her and her team in the future. I'd highly recommend working with Kelly as a listing or buying agent. She's a blast to work with and makes what could be a stressful process easy. We're very happy with our new home and are settling in nicely.

I appreciate that being a first-time homebuyer, you were patient, prompt, kind, but direct with answers. The fact that I'm out of state and buying an item blind is wild, but I trust and appreciated your transparency with items that needed TLC during the virtual tour of the home. The Exp support from May Ang was also nothing short of exceptional and thorough. Thank you, and you gave me the confidence to continue to look at real estate and potentially grow a portfolio of Indy homes.

The big problem I had with Curtis is that he received an offer from and investor and emailed to my brother not me. We have similar names and he told me he forgot his name was in his contacts. After I didn't receive it, he proceeded to send it 2 more times, instead of checking to see who it was being sent to. I'm so lucky it was to my brother instead of some stranger. Curtis then said it was a problem with dotloop the e-signature service. Dotloop doesn't choose the recipient, just own up to the mistake. His managing broker called to follow up and she just been on the phone with dotloop, they had no idea what she was talking about. She wouldn't even own the mistake. I guess because it opens them up to a lawsuit. The description of my home was three basic sentences. The house is rough but I thought I should get more representation for 5% commission. Stay away from this Careless realtor, so many out there to choose from.
