Sam failed to give me the home care instructions, I saw Megan, PA after a week of experiencing concerns of not shedding and my face showed signs of dark spots. She assured me it was normal, 2 weeks later I sent them a picture of how my face looked with an enormous amount darks pots. She sent in a topical cream and antibiotic suspecting an infection. On 5/5/2025, I went to the office since my face looks terrible and WORST I've ever had in my life. Sam insisted that she gave the care instructions twice and Clara, office manager told me without hearing me out or spending, no more 3 mins in the room, that nothing could be done in terms of corrective procedures or any credit or refund, as she shook her head. Megan was the only person that appeared to be genuinely concerned, and when it came down to take accountability for messing up face and asking if I could a discount to correct the darks pot there machine left me. She said that's not me as she shook her head no. She told me she would send a compound and would try to be covered by insurance, but couldn't assure me anything. No one, followed up I called them to see what happened with the prescription, they answered the phone and told me to hold on. Clara later told me that the prescription was sent, and I would have to pay out-of-pocket for it. I asked for copy of signed released which they gave me the run-around and said that they had paper charts, but they needed to have the approval from Metro health Hospital HMI department. I asked them to just let me see it on the computer and they said no.. what's frustrating is that they have you sign off and they are not willing to give you a copy of what you signed. NOT okay! I spent over $1000 on making my face look terrible. Especially when I had a baby five months ago and was trying to get mommy face make over. They don't care! Sam out of all of them was the most rude in person and over the phone, short, and just nasty. They lost my mother, sister of 20+ years of faithful client, and niece. I recently wanted to get an InBody scan as part of my fitness journey and was looking for a spot…read morearound town that I could go and found this online! Luckily I could make an appt online. It was really easy to do. I've been before for an IV drip years ago and their location now is even more convenient with a super large parking lot off the highway, while it gets pretty busy with the other businesses early in the morning, I've never had an issue. The staff are always super friendly walking me through what I need to do, and provide me with everything for the scan! It is not in a private area, which isn't an issue for me but I can understand if that would make people feel weird. It is right next to a big window. I plan to do this more often as I'm going through my fitness journey and appreciate this being so close to home. My only thing is I wish I could get an earlier appt time given that this scan has to be fasted and before a workout, and 9am is a bit "late" for that, but one day a month isn't too bad. Just not ideal! Still appreciate having the option close to home at a decent price point. I'd love to buy a "package" if they have that option to save a little bit of $$.
