Every client starts with a movement + goals assessment so your program fits your body, schedule, and experience level. Training blends barbell strength, CrossFit style conditioning, and gymnastics skills (pull-ups, handstands, core work) scaled to your level, no random workouts or cookie-cutter plans.
NOTE: Sessions are by appointment at The Gym Pod on Dearborn, with options for remote programming and check-ins if you travel or prefer a hybrid plan. If you want clear coaching, structured programs, and accountability instead of crash diets and bootcamps, this is for you.

Established in 2013.
I’ve been coaching in Chicago since 2013, most recently at South Loop Strength & Conditioning before moving my personal training business into The Gym Pod on Dearborn. Over the years I’ve worked with busy professionals, beginners, and competitive CrossFitters—helping people lose weight, build strength, and train around nagging injuries. Dobbeck Training Systems grew out of a simple idea: give people structured, smart training instead of random workouts so they can actually stay consistent and see results.
