Dr. BYBEE is great!!! My son doesn't trust alot of people and has behavioral issues at times. My wife took him to the dentist and he put up a fight with her and the assistant. The front desk Staff are HORRIBLE!! Absolutely the worst!! Especially the office manager and the insurance lady. All of them are just horrible. To the point that it was worth it to changing dentist over it. They talk down to you like you are bringing your kids in for free! I've mentioned it to the doctor too but doesn't seem anything was done about it. They are rude, cancel appointment without telling you. Mentioned my son had a tooth ache and didn't want to take him still even though my kids been going there for 2 years. It's sad that I call another dentist. They take my son the same day, had to squeeze us in between appointments because he was hurt. Dr Ryan's office didn't care. I'm actually glad that happen to motivate me to look for another dentist. Dr Ryan is not a bad doctor but he will definitely lose more business if he has those rude, "don't know what they are doing" front desk staff managing his office. We love Dr. Bybee!! He is so super kind and warm with the children. He talks to them personally and makes them feel safe and comfortable. He "watches" some cavities in baby teeth that don't look too deep to see if they truly need to be filled or if they can wait until they fall out. I REALLY appreciate his conservative nature in not just "drilling and filling" every single tiny cavity if it doesn't need it (esp. If it's going to fall out soon). I do not like his office staff... they have always seemed rude. But the teeth cleaning ladies are sweet and he has the BEST treasure box!! One of my children gets so excited to go because the prizes are so cool! Also, if you have no cavities, you get your picture taken and put on the wall. So we get excited to see if they get their picture taken. A couple times, when my young children had to have a couple cavities filled, he personally called later that day to check on them. That was so super kind and personal. He goes above and beyond and is a GREAT pediatric dentist. read more

We just came here after Anthem Pediatric Dental. It is a one man practice and Dr. Ryan is honest and conservative with treatment. My 4.5 year old had 4 cavities filled without a flinch. Dr. Ryan is great with kids and respects and talks to them like they're little people. read more

I'm not a dentist fan myself, and frankly I was afraid I'd project that onto her if I went, so away I sent them. They came home SO excited! Dr. Bybee is my sons pediatric dentist. Everyone in the office is so kind and patient with all the children. They have video games, toys, and exciting magazines for the kids in the waiting room. Everything is always clean and tidy. They always treat my son like he is the patient instead of me which helps to rid the anxiety he has. No matter what he is having done the kindness they all show is not forgotten. Most importantly is the giant treasure box waiting for them when their treatments have been complete. Best kids dentist and staff in the valley! I am so thank that we were referred to Dr. Bybee! We had previously gone to a different dentist for 3 years and everytime we went my kids had cavities. The last time, one of my children was told that he would need a baby root canal and crown. We came to Dr. Bybee for a second opinion and low and behold all that was needed was a filing. Dr Ryan is the best! Not only is he amazing with kids, he is also an honest dentist. I was looking for a second opinion and was referred to him by several coworkers. With the previous dentist's treatment plan, we were expecting intensive work which included 4 silver caps. Dr Ryan reevaluated the treatment and we only had to do fillings. We ended up saving $500, and he was able to do all the treatment without sedation. My kids are always excited for their visits. Dr Bybee and his dental assistants are awesome! The front office is very unprofessional. My daughter went in to get 4 fillings and sealants, I was NEVER told that my daughter was going to be fully sedated and couldn't eat anything past midnight before. When I arrived and told them she had eaten they said they couldn't see her and the lady said rudely to me that she had said my daughter could not eat on the message confirming the appt. I politely said that no, no instruction was left on the 19 second message she had left and offered to play her the message. I was then told that my daughter cannot be seen until August 31st now and will have to miss a full day of school. I paid a sitter to watch my 2 year old so I could bring my 5 year old to her appt and planned my day to be there for my daughter and bc the front office never told me about the full sedation and eating there was no appt. I'm upset bc again the dentist and his techs are wonderful but we will be going to a new dentist now due to the rudeness of the receptionist. If they had been more accommodating and had at least tried to get my daughter in before school started considering we had already had the appt for 2 months I would have gladly made the appt and been on my way, but no effort was made to accommodate me at all, they could have cared less. read more

Dr. Bybee is a very friendly and professional dentist who makes children and parents feel comfortable. I feel like he does what is needed and is not fishing for extra treatment. His treasure chest for the kids is well stocked. The only small complaint is that his office seems a little dreary to me compared to previous dentist offices I have been to (we move a lot). But, my kids like that he has video games for them to play in the waiting area and I will take a professional, honest, caring dentist over a bright, fancy office any day--(I have taken my kids to a horrible but beautiful office in Lancaster CA and regretted it afterward when their sealants and a filling fell out and they were not treated with kindness).The front office staff could be a little more cheerful. I love Dr. Bybee and his staff! I was previously at another high rated pediatric dentist in the Anthem area. When I was accused of giving my three year old juice because he had cavities, I decided not to go back. Believe me, I would own up to it if I did! So, the treatment at the previous dentist we had wanted to strap my son down without sedation and fill his cavity. Um, no!! I hate the dentist due to a traumatic experience, I wasn't going to put my little guy through that! I searched yelp and found Dr. Bybee. I called and made an appointment to come in. He checked my son and sure enough, he had a few cavities. He then proceeded to ask me if I had issues/complications when I was pregnant with my son, which I did. My son had kidney issues while I was pregnant, and he said that contributed to the cavities. He doesn't even have enamel on some of his teeth! We came back to fill the cavities and put the sealant on. Truth be told, I was a basketcase, in tears over knocking my son out. Dr. Bybee was so amazing, and eased my concerns. I was able to go back in the room and hold my sons hand during the procedure. It was quick, and Dr. Bybee and the nurse were so wonderful!! My son loved the treasure box and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend! read more

As good as it gets is an understatement!!! I have brought my kids to many different pediatric dentists, and compared to all the offices and all the dentists. Dr. Bybee is the most amazing dentist there is out there. My 7 year old had been dreadfully afraid of going to the dentist because of his experiences with other dentists, and after telling his last dentist that...he suggested automatically to send my son to a surgery center to get work done. However, not Dr. Bybee...he took my son under his wing, and got him through two fillings without a tear and now my son is not afraid of the dentist anymore. He also handled my two year old with care and i feel rest assured that he will grow up loving the dentist. i am so glad and amazed by the entire staff, the office, their organized operations made the wait time a mere 5 mins. at the most, and just everything about them was extraordinary!!!!
