My daughter started kindergarten, and I couldn't seem to get an appointment later than 3:30 (my daughter gets out at 3, so it would be impossible for us to make it by 3:30). She has a half day one Friday a month, but Dr. Bybee only worked every other Friday, and it wasn't the Fridays we needed. We go to a larger office now, that is far less intimate and takes forever to get through. I miss Dr. Bybee (as does my kid), and his much more efficient office, and I really wish I could make the schedule work so we could see him again.

For some reason that price was now $75 instead of the $25 they told me it would be when I first arrived. I paid the $75. Finally, the hygienist came in to clean my teeth. She was very friendly and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. On my way out, I noticed they had a sign in the window that said a cleaning, exam, and x-rays was $59 for new patients. I'm not sure why I was charged $75, even with my insurance, if they're only charging other new clients $59. Overall, the medical professionals at this office were professional and competent. The wait time and total visit time took too long. And I feel like I overpaid considering they charged me more with insurance, than they do people without.
