The delivery/installation team on September 12 was cordial, but it was painfully obvious that they had no experience installing an LG WashTower with a heat pump dryer. I don't even know where to begin with this company - I am beyond frustrated and angry. STAY AWAY from this company unless you enjoy working with a company that completely disrespects both your money and time. I originally purchased a piece of furniture on October 11th, and they told me my delivery window would be between Fri, Nov 18 - Sat, Nov 26. Right. RXO did not reach out to me to schedule delivery until Nov. 23, at nearly the end of the delivery window, and provided no delivery dates within a week of that date. So the absolute soonest I was able to schedule was Dec 2. I am a full time student and I also work - needless to say, I am extremely busy and short on time. So when they gave me a 5 hour delivery window on a date 1 week later than the absolute latest date I was told I would receive my bed, I was not happy about it, but I cleared my extremely busy schedule anyway to sit at home from 12PM onward on Friday, waiting for when their delivery driver might arrive. I live in a community with a gate which requires a code. When someone types in the code, it calls my phone and I have to answer it to buzz them in. I had multiple calls with RXO leading up to this delivery to stress that point and to alert the driver that I need some notice via either text or call that they are coming. I was reassured over and over again that I would be getting 30 minutes warning. All of the company's texts stated this as well. I did NOT get any warning at all. The driver showed up to the gate when I was in the middle of a Zoom call and tried the code once. Sadly I did not hear the phone ring and tried to call them within ten minutes to tell them I would let them in. The minute the gate didn't open, these delivery people just turned around and left. I tried everything to get them to come back - I called customer service at least 3 times and they told me they would instruct the driver to come back. I sat at home waiting until o'clock on the slight hope that the driver might return and deliver as promised, since customer service said that's what they were instructing him to do. I called the driver directly multiple times and he just kept ignoring my calls. I also texted him multiple times explaining how the gate works and why I had explicitly given instructions to the company that I needed a heads up when they were coming - I needed to be ready to let them in so that we wouldn't have the exact issue we're having now. I was practically begging the driver, as a paying customer, to come back. He had his read receipts on so I know he was reading all of my texts and choosing to ignore them. Customer service assured me that the worst case scenario was they would reschedule "as soon as possible". What does that mean to RXO, you may ask? According to the digital scheduler email I got this morning, DECEMBER 16th. Not just one, but TWO weeks from now? I don't even trust that they won't pull the same move again with the gate. And almost 4 weeks from when the original delivery date was supposed to be? Needless to say, I am fuming. I just got off another call with RXO (who refuses to put me through to the Ft Myers location responsible for this) and they said that Fort Myers will not answer their phone. They are putting in a "request" that I get a delivery sooner, but have no confirmation of this since they can't even speak to the Ft Myers location. Furthermore, I have absolutely no reason to believe any of their promises at this point since they have already told me they would do lots of things which they have not done. I feel lied to, ripped off, taken advantage of, and disrespected. I am writing this review as a last opportunity for Fort Myers RXO to correct this situation and deliver my bed in a timely manner, since the people I've spoken to on the phone don't seem to be able to help me at all. read more

Costco uses this delivery service. We were scheduled Saturday between 3:15 and 5:15, for a delivery, which we planned our day around. It's furniture so we moved our current furniture out. They were a no show, no call. Canceled our Saturday evening plans waiting for them. Costco called them that night and they didn't answer. I'd give a zero if I could. At least have the common courtesy to call and say you aren't coming. Costco support was helpful and courteous, but could not get a hold of XPO logistics. read more

The guys delivering the generator were great, friendly and set it right where I wanted. Beyond that my experience was not all that great. First, there was the weather delay because of the hurricane. I get that. However, the messages I received stated that it would only be a one day delay. I stayed home on Saturday to be here when it was scheduled to be delivered. No delivery, no word... Even on Sunday, the tracking information stated "It can still be delivered on Saturday." Monday morning I call and leave a message even when it was within normal business hours. I tried again later and spoke to a lady who said the generator had been received by them Saturday morning so the delivery would have to be rescheduled and that I would receive a message about when it would be delivered. Late afternoon I get a call from another lady who seemed much more knowledgable and was very helpful. After a brief discussion, it was scheduled for 9AM-12 noon on Thursday, nearly a week after the originally scheduled date. Wednesday evening, I get a message stating that delivery would be 6AM to 9AM. The delivery driver called me about half an hour before they arrived as promised. The delivery was made about 7:30 AM. When I opened the box I found that the cap on the propane connection was broken. I have pictures but do not see a way of attaching to this review. read more

I spent an hour on the phone with XPO yesterday trying to redirect a shipment. I was told i would get a call back ASAP to confirm if my change could be made. I called back today to see if we were successful and the person told me there is nothing they can do, they wont call the local distribution center, and they cant tell me when the package can be scheduled for delivery. And I cant get a phone number for the local distribution center which apparently would be able to help with this. Funny thing is we want the package to be delivered a few miles from the distribution center instead of where it is currently to be delivered about 300 miles away. The young men measured doorways and the opening for frig in the kitchen. They were extremely careful with the merchandise - no bumps or scratches. I received communication from XPO from the day I placed my order for a new mattress. I received text messages and emails in advance of delivery and a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery. The two delivery men brought the mattress inside the front door per our request and took away all the cardboard and plastic. They were professional and quick and this was an outstanding delivery experience. They wore gloves and we were wearing masks and we maintained a social distance. They did not remove the other mattress but that's ok, it's going to one of our college kids. read more

XPO had contracted with Lowe's to deliver refrigerators to our home. The delivery men did damage to our home. Lowe's was contacted but refused responsibility. They stated XPO was to blame. I was able to speak with "Juan" at XPO who promised to settle the claim. He asked for photos of damage by XPO. I supplied him photos and agreed to an amount to cover repairs. He asked until 8/27 to get amount approved. graciously I gave him until 12noon on 8/28. Juan failed to contact me back by that date and time. I am withdrawing my verbal agreement as Juan/XPO who does not intend to follow-through. A BBB complaint has been filed but XPO is NOT responding to them either. BEWARE of XPO and Lowe's!! read more

i was to get my new mattress yesterday, i waited home all day. i never received a phone call saying they were coming so as the day was drawing to a close i finally called xpo and was told that they attempted delivery, but no one was home! i said i have been waiting home with my mother all day , we never left the house. i had torn my bed completely apart making room for the new one, as i am a high risk cardiac patient, it was extremely difficult for me, then to be lied to about not being home, i asked to speak to a manager, and was refused (this was by a person who barely spoke english), then i was told the resolution team would call, well i am still waiting for a call that never came, i asked them to bring the mattress the next morning, they said no, i would have to wait for them to contactme, which they only do via computer, you never get a person to talk to, as i am so aggravated, my mother is blaming herself for not hearing the doorbell, then only fault here is with xpo...liars, cheaters on company time, and lots of complaints filed against them, mine complaint will be filed tomorrow to add to the pile of complaints, maybe we can get a class action lawsuit against them for taking advantage of people and wasting the time of innocent bystanders waiting for deliveries that never come. they seem to have no accountability and a free for all going on. no one can seem to do anything about them and the unfair business practices they employ and get away with. i messaged the ceo, and president about my situation, who knows if they will actually get the message. i have tried to get the actual manager of the facility, no one would tell me, as they are afraid of losing their jobs i guess. still to date, i am no closer to getting satisfaction from xpo. let this be a warning to anyone who has to get a delivery, ask what company is bringing it prior to agreeing to getting whatever you are buying!!! stay away, stay far away from this company!!! read more
