I brought my truck in and I was told after they did my allignment and all the work that I needed to replace my tie rods and caster bolts which I completely understood. However my truck pulls to the right and my steering wheel is all crooked now! I came into speak with Tori at the front desk and she was very disrespectful about me asking for them to make it drive straight just like it did before even when it had the "bent tie rod" she offered a refund which I took and then she took the papers of the allignment they did away! After having my truck looked at the only reason my camber and caster bolts could've gone bad is because of them. They are the only ones who have touched them besides ford whenever I bought the truck and I know they would not have sent it to me with a bad allignment. However I should've learned in the first place and not have even brought it to them. They've previously did work on my stepdads truck causing his wheel to fall off while he was driving! Tori was also very disrespectful to him when this issue happened. I like to give people second chances but this company just can't seem to get things right.
