Mike responded quickly to our call and was very polite! He wasn't sure if he was able to come to my house the same day, but he juggled his schedule and showed up around 5:30pm on a Tuesday (within a couple hours of my original call). When he arrived at our home he was very professional and got right to work on our garage springs. After he was done, he went through all of the things he had done and gave me insight into why the spring may have failed earlier then later. He adjusted our garage door opener and it really seems to have made a difference and made the opener quieter. Lastly, pricing. I can say that his price was fair and given the quick service was worth it. I had had some springs replaced in the past and his price was right inline with what I paid then. However, he put a heavier duty set in because he said that our door was a little heavier given the fact that it was insulated. I own several houses in the Las Vegas area and I've just found my go-to Garage Door guy. I called the company and spoke with Michael. I explained the problem with my garage door opener and he was willing to troubleshoot and fix the problem over the phone. But since I wasn't in town, I asked if he would go over and fix the issue. Within 2 hours, the issue was resolved, sent completed pictures, and done deal. First, it speaks volumes that he was willing to troubleshoot and fix the issue over the phone. Most people would come out to the house so they can drum up some business. Second, his response was prompt and efficient. It's very hard to find a garage door company that has it all but these guys are it. I called about 11:am my door had shifted over and I couldn't get it back to close. The first place I called said they couldn't make it till the next day unless I paid an emergency visit fee for 90 bucks just to show up. So I found Rx on yelp and gave them a call they said they could help and gave me a window. They didn't make the window but when I emailed them about it they immediately called me which I so appreciated and told me they were coming. Great service. Very fast, honest and fair. My garage door stopped working suddenly one morning. It only took one hour for them to arrive, and 30 min to fix. I had a new door opener installed less than a year ago. This opener would malfunction all the time and the company who installed it (and charged me over $800) would come by the first few times the unit would stop working until they finally gave up, saying I had to call Liftmaster. I did and they sent me a new logic board. I called another installer this time. They installed the logic board. The unit worked for a while, but then began malfunctioning again, giving error codes, etc. I considered buying a new unit from HomeDepot and installing it myself - figured with the luck I had so far I might as well. Before doing that, I gave the internet search for reputable companies one last shot and was in luck to find Mike. He sounded genuinely interested in fixing the problem. The wrong type of springs caused the breakdown of the old unit, as it turns out, but no company saw this as a problem. Mike did. He replaced the springs to match the garage door weight. Then, of course, another logic board was required. It took me over 1.5 hour on the phone and lots of convincing to do before Liftmaster finally agreed to sent yet another logic board.... The wrong part arrived in a week! Mike took the initiative to call Liftmaster himself and got them to send me the whole unit - brand new (the old one was still under warranty). The garage door finally works - finally! after a year long frustration with this door opener. It's quite and smooth. I'll take that as my Christmas present and I'll ask for no more :) read more

Mike is a life saver!! The garage door spring broke and there was no way for us to get the door up. Our door is so old and it is really heavy. With our car being stuck inside we started to really feel like we were in an emergent situation. Shopped around on Yelp and called around but no one was available. Mike was exceptional from the first moment we contacted him. My wife and I were actually heading to the hospital that night to have our first baby when we found out that one of our garage door springs was broken. Fortunately our cars were outside the garage when it happened! Mike was extremely flexible with scheduling, which was important because we needed to find a time when one of our family members would be home to let him in.
