Vernon helped me tighten all the bolts, confirmed the fluid levels were safe and suggested that if I was still having problems on the road to look up their location near Yakima. Well, that was great advice, because the gasket was still leaking when we got to Yakima. We called first thing Saturday morning and Ashley answered the phone and got us right in . After about 45 minutes we had a new gasket and no more leak and at a very reasonable price. It's this kind of friendly service and a real desire to help people that makes a business successful. Having had a great experience with the service and people at two Freightliner Northwest locations we will definitely be back and recommending their services.

Car Dealers, like all other businesses, provide a service that many others provide. Problem is, that this firm tends to prey on folks. I am sure that it is possible to get a good deal here - but these folks are masters of all the gross things that we hear and experience when buying a vehicle - and it just shouldn't be this way. I was transparent. Told them my downpayment, my wish and must have list, and what I was hoping to do up front. With that I found (I found - not they helped me find) three vehicles that would work. They would not divulge the price of the vehicle (red flag #1), and when I found out the price, and considered the other (and less expensive) vehicles that I chose, they told me that those vehicles were in accidents, and that I should shy away from them. (Red Flag #2). They continued to avoid the price, and when it came to my trade, they valued it at auction prices - NOT KBB, Nada, Edmunds, or others of what the vehicles trade value was - and they refused to move on the price of either vehicle (Red Flag #3). I should have exited, but I got caught up in the game. Then after all this - they would not let me take the car home (it hadn't been safety checked. The following business day they screwed around with getting the car ready. At this point, I attempted to back out of the scheme, but they stated that I had already bought the car. Here it is a week later, and I am returning the car. The bank wouldn't finance it (because they had "put too much cream in the deal" - my brother is a banker - just not auto loans). I've had the car for a week. And now I am returning it. Yes, it has been stressful, but more to the point - completely unnecessary. Rather than take in to consideration my time, and all the points, this firm (and their sister up the street) chose greed over a sale. I am not sad. I learned a valuable lesson, and they lost a customer.

DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Took my car…read morehere due to bad motor mounts, new shift extenders, and a TPS. Quoted for a week at Bonnie and Clydes, Tidricks took almost 8 weeks! WAs recommended here bc Brad used to race a friend of mines' grandpa in the Apple Cup. Come to find out, they don't talk anymore because Brad kept his car for a long ass time at the shop and fucked his own friend too! tried to be calm and patient with these people but now I have a blown turbo in my car that was given to me with ZERO oil on the dipstick. Best of all, after 8 weeks, he didn't even put in the shift extenders, and lied when he said my tranny had no pop outs; my second gear pops out of place now! I'm not sure what kinda clown show this guy is running but hey he got my 2,000 dollars though! Weeks 1-4 I would call and the receptionist would tell me every phone call that the car would be done end of week or beginning of week on and on until I stopped by myself to find out the car hasn't even been TOUCHED. Week 5 I find out from an employee my axles were bad, which is fine I bought new ones and brought them in that Friday. This guy looks over my new axles and in about 30 seconds he comes to the conclusion that I bought the wrong ones. After 30 minutes on their shop floor comparing the axles and looking through multiple websites, I tell the guy he's wrong. This dude insisted that all the websites could be wrong! It took him 2 seconds to pop off the intermediate shaft that he insisted would break if he tried, and lo and behold the axle is now correct. I just laughed in his face and left. Week 6 I find out Brad needs to redo my gear synchros, which is fine but buy the part and get it in already! End of week six I'm told my car will be done Friday, and when I arrive Friday I'm plagued with more excuses that my car isn't done because the car was "missing bolts", of which Brad wouldn't specify. Now, week 7, get this, the same guy who "knew" my axles were wrong was the one charged with rebuilding my car, and he's out sick and not answering his phone! I get a call.. car has no spark. Axle man forgot a connector! Next day I get a call, cars done! Great news right? When I arrive money in hand ready to receive my vehicle back my blow off valve is sitting on my transmission, I'm missing a motor mount and both shift extenders, my vacuum lines are all kinds of fucked up, and the car now has a light smoke coming from the turbo. Brad is now offering me his services for free to redo the shift extenders. At first I'm like great! Brad asked to keep it another day (10/3-10/4) to finish his work. 10/4 I receive a call my car is ready and I'm prepared for the worst. I got my car and left. The drive home the BOV isn't releasing pressure, and my car doesn't build boost. I figure it was a vacuum line till I pop the hood and my turbo is burnt to a fucking crisp and builds 1lb of boost. The car is tuned to 15. Now I'm here with a blown turbo and I don't trust this man to even look at my car, much less accept his free services. I paid 2,265 dollars to have my car destroyed after almost 8 weeks of waiting. On another note, there's a man who just walked around the shop smoking cigarettes and watching everyone work. I called him Rolex since he likes to watch so much. Walked up one day and this man had his shirt off and didn't even care to put it back on when a customer was right in front of him, have some professionalism man! Lastly, when the quiet guy who seems like the shop Sloth told me there was something else wrong with my car, the throttle body was disconnected, I looked at him in disbelief. I get you're not working on my car but you don't have the slightest inkling that maybe I wouldn't have even MADE it to the shop if my throttle body was hanging in my engine bay? Proceed with caution don't say I didn't warn you. Reported to the BBB and heavily considering more action because this is outrageous, if you're gonna blow my car up, don't take 2,000 of my hard earned dollars without finishing the job CORRECTLY the first time.
