Mixed results: On a "positive" end, i've never had an issue…read moregetting in or dropping off my vehicle for Service. The customer gets treated with dignity. That's a big deal. I recently had an oil change scheduled and asked them to diagnose a Check Engine Light while they had it in the bay. They called and told me that there was a code. (generally that's the case whe you have a CEL). ~$500 later the CEL was no longer on, and for the moment It appeared that the issue was "fixed". During post-oil change pickup i was advised that because of the car's age, it would have to be brought in more frequently than the normal service intervals you'd expect from a vehicle running full synthetic rather than a blended synthetic.. I had spent many years as a professional mechanic, and at one time had hundreds of city fleet vehicles on my repair record.. Synthetic oils havent changed much, (nor has the internal combustion engine) so every 7,500-8,500 miles (or once per year) on a good full-synthetic 5W-20 or 0W-20 (Mobil 1, Pennzoil Platinum/Ultra, Valvoline Extended Protection, etc.) is reasonable even for an "aged" vehicle that is not in the "severe-service" category that justifies 3,500-mile changes. The dealership's advice is pure upsell in this case. SO, If you ever want absolute proof for your situation, get yourself a Blackstone Labs UOA test at 8,000 miles -- I'd bet money it comes back with plenty of TBN left and wear metals in the "excellent" range. I wont speak negative against Harvest Honda because I like the people who work there. on the same token, Nobody in the service industry should be making assumptions about the people who support their business.

I pulled it as far as Yakima with my equally small truck, fighting sway the whole way. I managed okay, not great, but okay, until I hit the wind. I could barely stay on the road, so I pulled off and started calling around to see if anybody could help me. I called these guys and after hearing my story, Troy in the service department said if I could be there when they got back from lunch they'd put sway control on for me. Everyone there was amazing. So kind and helpful. Eduardo, the technician who installed my sway control, went above and beyond to make sure I was safe on the road. They even ran to the store to buy some bigger hooks for my breakaway chain. He checked my tire pressure and lug nuts. He explained how everything worked, even things not related to what he installed. Troy was also very kind and patient with my inexperience and lack of confidence pulling a trailer. He went above and beyond making it easy for me to get out of their lot and even waved goodbye as I left. I seriously wanted to bring these two guys home with me. I don't think my husband would have appreciated that though so I left them there for now. (I'm still considering going back to get them...) I don't know if sales is anything like service, but the service department knows what customer service is about. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

With a 2 week in advance appointment I should have been the first rig worked on that morning. When I received the bill it was over $400.00. I told him he quoted me $140.00 for an hours worth of work. He gave me an OH this can't be right. He then changed the bill to $140.00. SO BEWARE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION. Make sure you get a quote and working time line. Because they will jack up the price and try to rip you off and charge you for work and time they don't do!

The latter resulted in about $20k of damage to my nearly new, barely driven Volvo. Heartbreaking! In each instance, Autocraft did exceptional work. The damage to the Volvo was extreme, which had me concerned that it might not ever drive or feel the same again. Two days and 100+ miles later, it drives and feels exactly as I remember. And the paint match is spot on. Literally good as new! Finally, the people here are fantastic! Isabel, Alex and Steven were a pleasure to work with.
