The campground is well laid out and is fairly big. The noise from the highway is non distracting though trains make a some mild noise. A check in on Yelp popped up with a 20% of the first night for new customers which they told me was a new one to them but seemed to be unconcerned about removing it from Yelp. They brought a delivered envelope to us which was nice. We couldn't find a mask so asked that it be left on the patio table. All sites we have seen include a patio table and two chairs. There is one spot on the lake. The shoreline is shared with a church organization that posts no trespassing so we're limited to about 1/3 of the shoreline. read more

This campground just changed hands. The transition is looking good! Perfect stop over for us on a two week road trip. The owner was willing to open the pool for us after hours, and our request for a specific site was granted. Thanks so much. My friends are building and living in an amazing bus. They have been staying here and were suddenly told to leave. The people who run this refuse to speak with them or give them any reasons for the sudden decision. They have been extremely rude have been acting like children. My friend has asked many times for help in simply understanding why they have been told they must leave. The friends they have made in the site dont know what they have done wrong either. I would find someplace else to stay. read more

READ: I WILL NOT RETURN! Unless you want to be told how to have your stuff organized and what you can and can't do then this is your spot, we've came on a weekend and they said our spot would have sewer by Monday, a week later Monday after constantly asking about it they finally told us they had sewer for 3 days but never told us so we were living with out sewer for a week! Also had a friend cut a tree WITH permission and he didn't get a refund when he left because of it, the guy kept $400 to pay for 2 little trees which he did say he could cut down for his trailer to fit! Will post pictures of all the rules so please if you like your space and don't like being told what to do! DO NOT STAY HERE! The guy is way up tight and dishonest! His storage is a mess and gets after anyone who doesn't put things away! Great place if it wasn't such a dishonest guy! we travel For work so have seen many camp spots and this is by far the worst service we have ever had at any campsite! The bathrooms were perfect! Super clean and well furnished. I have NEVER seen a shower in a camp ground that I did not cringe looking at the floor. The roads are paved, which is a plus in navigating. I didn't get to try out the pool, but it had plenty of people in it and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. There is also a club house attached to the pool area. The wifi was strong for such a large coverage area. The lot we visited was very spacious and accommodated the RV well. The lot was also water front to a pond with plenty of geese. My family met with Tony (the owner) and he was a delight to interact with. Very accommodating to our needs. read more

We loved it here and will definitely return! It is conveniently located right off I-95. Nice, level, long pull-through sites. Perfect for an overnight stay. We had plenty of room to hook up and keep our tow vehicle attached. They have added an off-leash dog park that was a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Easy to get to off US 95. Nice rv park, good level sites. Usual lousy wifi ( nothing unusual in that). Didn't look in store. Nice lake, pretty location. Not quiet. Lots of road noise from US 95. If it were quiet I'd give 4 stars. Also someone has their (car) bass up. Annoying. Oh yes, the ducks and/or geese are a pleasant factor. read more

Currently living in our RV at Rvacation now for 6 months. Great location right off the highway, conveniently located near the Premium Outlets and lots of choices for food. Sites are very spacious, full hookups, accommodatable for short term or long term extended stay. 2 very nice off leash dog parks for dogs to run in, nice big lake to fish in and feed the ducks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Owner Mr.Tony is always out working in the park making updates and visiting with people at their sites. Lots of trees for shade, chairs and tables on concrete pads located at the sites. read more

I know campgrounds, and this one is one of the best. After you meet Tony, the owner you will know why....he cares. It is well priced, extremely well maintained and spacious. The whole park is clean, the shower rooms/bath house is immaculate. Nice and warm even on a snowy night. The only downside is you can hear highway noise from nearby rt 95, but that also makes this spot so convenient. Great place to stay. I love having all the ducks around. We are newbies and had never rented a RV much less stayed at an RV campground. The Staff member on the phone took the time to answer all my questions. Also when I arrived it was a bit after hours about 7:30p, an another staff member spotted me, escorted me to my site and made sure we we properly hooked-up. This is our first campground as we just bought our fifth wheel rv. This place is excellent! Need help? Ask a neighbor! Need a heated water hose because of the freezing temperatures? You don't even have to ask!!! I heard some noise yesterday morning outside my RV. It was Tony the owner of the campground putting on a heated water hose for us! He had noticed that our hose wasn't heated so he took the initiative to lend us one on a very frosty morn. The park is clean and very well maintained. The staff is friendly and competent. The sites are wide and shady. Selma has a good bit of shopping, even an outlet mall. Overall a fantastic experience! read more

I don't understand the negative reviews posted here. This RV park is beautifully maintained and the wifi was fine. The bathrooms were extremely clean. We found that we were out of butter and the hostess gave us a stick from her own refrigerator because they didn't carry it in the camp store. The lake is lovely and the sites well spaced with many mature trees. It is right by the highway so there is noise, but that also makes for a convenient stop traveling up or down interstate 95. Go into Selma for ice cream at Hula Girl while you're here. read more

The place seems nice at first, however the people there are rude and unfriendly. We stayed 3 nights. The first day we were bbq-ing on what we thought was our table and chairs for our site under a beautiful shade tree when an employee came over on a golf cart and told us we had to use the table on the opposite side of our vehicle- that we were using the wrong one. Even though the grill was hot we had to stop and switch tables to the other which was on a slab directly in the hot sun. We apologized for not knowing it was not the set for our site. Note, there was no other camper near us on that side. The second day we had a couple visitors. We registered them at the office as we were supposed to. Once our guests came, an employee came to us again on a golf cart and told us to be sure no one parked on the grass. I said I did not believe anyone had and that the car was in the gravel drive. She said, " I know, just make sure not one does!" Very rude. The third day, my husband and I was walking our two little dogs around. The pavement was very hot for them as it was 90 outside, so we decided to take what we thought was a little walking trail into the woods just off the pavement. We went in a short way and turned to go back. On way back, two employees on separate golf carts came at us. The first one starting YELLING at us saying she knew the trail was NOT marked as private property but it was and we were trespassing on HER property and we had to leave immediately and we SHOULD HAVE KNOWN better than to get off the pavement! Then she proceeded to tell us we were lucky the owner did not catch us! She just said it was her property a moment before! It was not marked private in any manner. We just thought it was a walking trail. We were merely walking our dogs in a shaded area. Again, we apologized, we were made to feel very unwelcome the three days we were there. We left very, very upset. Very rude and unfriendly. I would not recommmend this place for any reason other than the awlful employees you have to deal with. read more

Used to be a great campground with friendly staff. Not anymore. Our Good Sam chapter used to camp here twice a year. Now they do not want groups at all. When asking the Manager? why the response was an abrupt No!! I have taken them off my list of places to stay with my RV. read more

We stopped for 1 night only on our way to Florida. The staff/owners were friendly, helpful. Campsites are good sized and well-spaced. Plenty of room for our big motor home and car. Bathrooms and showers are clean. As I said, we were only here 1 night so didn't experience any of the other amenities, but we would definitely return! read more

We have been stopping that RVacation Campground for 10-12 years. The campground and facilities have continued to improve over the years. To-date the park (bath rooms, lots, landscaping, etc.) are in excellent condition. One of the best parks we have stayed in and we have traveled all across the United States. All the roads are now paved and lots are very spacious . Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. I would recommend the park to anyone. read more

This campsite is very convenient to 95. Great late night system where you can pick a site and drop off your payment even when someone is not in the office. Plenty of level, pull thru sites that accommodate large rigs. My only complaint is the sites are not paved and the one we had was very muddy--limited gravel plus heavy rains are not pretty. . And lots of train noise. read more

I recently had a lengthy stay at this campground while working in the area and had a most wonderful experience. The entire area is spotlessly clean and constant maintenance is evident daily. All of the facilities, the laundry, bathrooms, swimming pool, office, etc. are first class. The staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. When my air conditioner stopped working, they helped me get a new unit installed within 24 hours. That is the definition of SERVICE and dedication to the customer. I would recommend this campground to anyone who requires the best. Oh, do not forget to purchase their fresh eggs from the hens that are raised on location. read more
