Jason the service manager goes in and fixes the problems in 10 minutes hooks my batteries up correctly and says No Charge. I'm so glad I met Jason and Integrity RV. Integrity RV really works hard to please and get your business To show the contrast to another RV dealership who I had used in the area for many years unfortunately changed hands last year under new ownership. After being told it would cost me next to nothing to lubricate my slide out they charged me $100. extra over and above the other work I was having done. Avoid this dealership! Rusting after ONE use & zero accountability…read more Rating: I would advise anyone looking for a trailer to avoid Travelland RV with a ten-foot pole. I purchased a brand-new unit that has been in and out of their shop for non-stop repairs since August. Despite the trailer being brand new, the bumper is already rusting. To be clear: I have used this trailer exactly once for two days on a cement pad last August. It has effectively spent more time in their service department than on the road. When I brought the rust issue to their attention, their response was a complete brush-off. They claimed they do not cover "weather-related" damage and blamed "road debris." It is physically impossible for road debris to cause this much oxidation after a single trip. A factory finish should last more than one winter; if it doesn't, it's a manufacturing defect, not "the weather." Travelland clearly doesn't take their customers or their "new" inventory quality seriously once the papers are signed. Save yourself the headache and the rust--go anywhere else.

Due to…read moresome bad luck, our car broke down in the mountains and we decided to tow it back to Calgary rather than Canmore... the tow truck driver suggested Cochrane to minimize the distance, so I looked up this place and we decided to try it based on a good review. Normally I'm pretty cynical when it comes to mechanics, because I've had my share of issues with them, but the mechanic we dealt with deserves some kind of award for great service. Not just for a mechanic, but by any standard. He proved that he had exceptional troubleshooting ability with our car, and he was extremely patient in taking the time to explain to us (on the phone and in person) the nature of the problem, what he felt needed to be done, and why. Would I recommend this shop? Well, let me put it this way... we live in the SE of Calgary, but the next time I need major work done we'll be headed back out to Cochrane.

The…read morewestern star dealer doesnt even charge close to that.they said it took 4.8 hours to get the wheels off and another 2.5 hours to complete the inspection. If it takes you that long to get wheels off I think you better go back to school. Also caught their office staff posting reviews about themselves , I guess someone has to say good things about them lol. I will never go back and hopefully this serves as a warning to anyone thinking about it.
