With the knowledge they had for recalls, they recommended I take the truck to the dealer and have them take care of it. I am grateful they did, otherwise that would have cost me over $1,000. The driver seemed nice on the phone when I gave him my location, but his demeanor changed once he arrived. He was rude and refused to winch me out, saying, *"I'm not bringing my $250,000 One-ton truck to winch you out. He even got into my truck to try to move it himself, but only buried it deeper in the sand. He then said he would pull me out, but only if I paid him $300. I called AAA back, and they were just as puzzled as to why he would charge $300 to pull my truck only three to five feet to hard ground\. **Fortunately, my husband called a friend in the Livingston area, who recommended Country Boy Wrecker Services. Scottie was polite, professional, and quickly assessed the situation. He explained how he would get me out and gave me clear instructions before pulling. In less than two minutes, I was back on solid ground. What started as a disastrous fishing trip turned into one of the best days at the lake, Thanks to Scottie and Country Boy Wrecker Services. I highly recommend them for any towing or recovery needs. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service were outstanding. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They have definitely earned my business, and I would not hesitate to call Country Boy Wrecker Services again.

Scottie was communicative and quick to pick us up and went above and beyond in making sure I wasn't just another woman getting screwed over by the autobody shop. He stayed while they looked at my car and after hearing what they had to say, Scottie told me to file a claim (I didn't even think about that at first) and offered to bring my car to his tow lot so that an adjuster would come and ensure that the repairs would be covered before I dropped thousands of dollars without guaranteed reimbursement. I literally never would have thought of any of this. And I felt so safe as a young woman traveling alone going with him to the auto shop and back to his tow lot. He let my dog ride along with us in the tow truck, and that dog is quick to hate a man but was completely comfortable with Scottie. He and his wife let me wait there for my ride and were just so kind and caring to a total stranger. I can't recommend them enough!
