I called to have them look at my hot water heater on a Monday and was told if I have not heard back from him by Wednesday to call him back. When I called him back he was already heading to the site where my camper was located (without the parts he needed). He said I wish you would have called me earlier the parts are laying on the counter. (When he said earlier I am assuming Monday was not early enough)! We made an appointment for him to come back out again next Tuesday. My father met him at the camper and the work was done. He asked about payment I offered to pay him over the phone with my credit card. He asked if he could call me back once he got in the office to take the credit card information and I said that's fine. (Note...I tried to pay him before he left the camper). He calls me back later that day and I'm not able to take his call. He leaves a voicemail at 3:30 that said his office will be closed at 4:00 and if I could please call him before then. I was not available to make a phone call until 4:30 so I did not call him back that day. He called me the next morning and left a very ugly and very rude message on my voicemail implying that I had no intention of paying him for his services. So another words calling me a thief!!! I called him back and he told me he had contacted my husband and the bill was paid in full. He made no apologies for the rude comment and implication that I was trying skip out on my bill. He was upset that I did not call him last evening to settle the bill even though he told me he closed at 4:00. Keith was very rude and judgmental.
