While setting up, we discovered water leaking from the rear of the unit We figured something must of broke due to the terrible holes on east I435 I tried a national service who had a bunch of questions that had to be answered and then told me someone would call I hung up and called KC RV. I reached Dwayne's wife out on the road who gave me Dwayne's cell. I called and picked up right away. Mind you 20 minutes before closing time We discussed the issues and possible solutions over the next hour He told me he would come out no matter what time if needed I told him I'd let him know in the am I texted him first thing that all was good. No cabs, rideshares, rental cars...etc. We were stranded on the side of I-70 with two 9 year olds and a little dog... our "roadside assistance" was absolutely no help on a Sunday (no help on a Monday either...but I digress.) State Police drove us to the nearest motel. This is where the kind soul at Meyer Motors attempted to help us (after hours none the less) Dennis (?) drove all the way to our RV and took a look at it to let us know if he could be any assistance. He told us what the problem was and was distraught that there was no way he could help us within the next 2-3 days. He was backed up for days, but instead of trying to selfishly hold on to our business he directed us to the nearest place that could indeed help us. After finally confirming help from another place we called back and asked if there was any rental cars available at his place, as he loans cars while he fixes them. He did not have anything available...BUT... he offered to ferry us to the other place once our vehicle was finished. He had no reason to help us but he did everything within his power to help us and that is why they are getting a 5 Star review! If I could give more I would. Customer service was compassionate and just all around phenomenal. So, thank you Dennis(?)!!!!
