Rented a motorhome May 2025 for an event May 2026. Called a week before our pickup date to schedule time and was told they could only put us in a travel trailer. If I had the equipment and knew how to pull a trailer I would have rented that initially. I was going to rent a truck to pull the trailer until I noticed that evening that the motorhome was listed as available for $370 a night instead of the $185 I paid to reserve it last year. Received minimal communication at my request for a refund, thankfully my bank honored a dispute quickly so I could use that money to rent elsewhere. I would not trust this company. Created a huge headache for last minute scrambling because they are greedy to make more money off people. read more

Took our 2024 travel trailer here for service. We received exceptional customer service from Josh. He was thorough in explaining what the cause of our leaky trailer was, went in repaired it. We took out trailer in on a Monday and by Friday it was ready for pick up. So driving on Shaw Avenue and see all these new RVs. Stopped by to take a look . The first red flag , they have an RV and it says rent me. and it's pointed toward the RV. A gentleman by the name of Alberto walks out and when I ask him, is this the RV that they rent he says no. Didn't offer anything and I asked him "Well what if I wanna rent an RV" and he said you have to go online. No offer for the website, nada... I had to ask him for the name... Do you know that feeling you get when you walk into a relative's home you haven't been to in a while and they don't want you there? that's the feeling I got .. I went ahead and asked about that particular RV and you would think I was asking him to stop the sun from shining. It took him a lot of effort to want to participate in the sale of an RV and to show it to me. This is where the rude part starts. "So what do you want and what are you looking for and for how many people?" There was no Hi how are you, can I get you some water, nothing. he takes me to another RV that's twice the price, and I asked what time they close and he hesitantly said 5:30 PM. If you're trying to sell things to customers worth up to $40,000 it's a good idea to be in better shape, probably drink lots of water. Updating my review for the SAME pop up we bought from RVLC last summer. We STILL DON'T have the appropriate and accurate paperwork from DMV. It's June 2022 and we bought it in July 2021. We have spent more time (and money) fixing the mistakes of the girl at RVLC than anyone should have to deal with. I do not recommend them and will not do business with them in the future. read more

He ignored us when we arrived u til my husband went over to him and asked if we could look at a few of the trailers. He didn't give us any information about the rvs we looked at and then ignored our toddler when he fell down and hit his head. BEWARE I purchased a travel trailer a year ago May from RV Liquidators in Clovis, CA and have had a few warranty issues. My Wildwood Heritage Glen 23 BHHL and while not only having to endure months of waiting for service after dropping off, here are some of the issues that I have had: 1. Service manager is not available by phone, only email and the good thing is I have all the email threads. His name is Josh and in the middle of communication and commitment to warranted service that he said was covered (even parts ordered) he has not replied to my 1 month request for an update. I have stopped by the dealership in regards to this and spoke with a customer service rep that told me she would look into it. 2. I requested from said service rep for a copy of my extended (EASYCARE) contract as this warranty issue went outside my 1 year factory (WILDWOOD) warranty by a month because of Josh not replying to my request for warranty service. I only have my sales agreement that shows that the EASYCARE extended 48 month warranty is clearly included in the agreement which I purchased for $1872. 3. I never received the contract from the dealer and only noticed that fact when I needed to access the extended warranty service. The said dealer customer service rep called and left a voice mail that my trailer did not have an extended warranty and that is was only covered by the original1 year factory service. 4. I looked up and contacted EASYCARE in regards to my extended warranty service and they were unable to find my account information in their system. In other words, it looks like the dealer, RV Liquidator of Clovis, CA, never entered the information into EASYCARE and so no one has any information that this extended service was even purchased. I don't know why when I was in the dealership yesterday that they were not able to easily look up the sales agreement that clearly shows that a 48 month extended warranty service through EASYCARE was purchased along side the trailer. As you can imagine, I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER and I guess my only option is to go back into this dealer and show them my copy of the signed sales agreement and see what they do. And when I was in there yesterday, the owner came by the office I was in speaking to the said customer service rep who by the way was very nice and doing her best to get the contract I was requesting, and he was a rude and obnoxious and actually made a nasty comment to the customer service rep that was trying to help me resolve this issue. COMPLETELY UNEXEPTABLE SERVICE!! I would never recommend that anybody purchase there RV from this dealership. The lack of communication has been horrible. When I called to complain about not getting a response for several days on a unit they have a deposit on, the janitor picked up the phone (I didn't know he was a janitor). I proceeded to tell him my concerns with not getting an updated estimated time of arrival. I have a RV rental business and have standing reservations for the unit that should be arriving in days. His response was "slow your roll, it's not that serious", "nobody here has any answers"... Wow.... just wow. Bought a trailer from them in August 2022. Got it home had our first rain. Well it was raining inside the trailer. They were supposed to do a full inspection obviously they didn't. The top was split open in numerous places. Basically needed a whole new roof. Now it needs interior work. The trailer has expired tags still never received anything tag's registration. Hi, My name is Ronnie Taylor. I am a single parent of 6 children. (4 with Autisim.) We have been saving for at least 5 yrs to get a RV. Its a way we can go on vacation as a family, be together and save money while visiting and learning about nature. A RV would enable us to go places as a family, we normally wouldnt be able to go or see.  We found a 2015 coachman leprechaun at RV Liquidators in Clovis Ca. It was in our price range and the Right size for our needs.   We live in Humboldt Co., so it will take us 7 hrs to go down and pick it up.in talking to the finance manager Danille(Dan's daughter) for at least a week or so,   We decided to " Go for it".  After all, we were told it has been thru a Deep inspection and has  Passed all the tests. When we went to pick up the rv, it was pouring down rain and Thank God it was.  Heres my story, and Oh boy wat a story too!  The owner Dan, a little chubby guy, was Very nice at first, went the extra mile to show my daughter and I  how to do the awning, ect.  We were told it had a Vigious inspection and were specifically told, No Leaks. We took care of business and started to head home. I was following my daughter who was driving the rv.   Next thing u kno, the  hazards are on and she's getting off the fwy. As I pulled up to see wats wrong, she stated were taking it back. As she was getting on the fwy, water started Pouring out from above onto her like a slow faucet!  So we get back to the rv place, remember, we drove 7 hrs to pick this up, and now, the owner is Ignoring us. So I go into see his daughter Danille. She tells me " I'll be right with u, these people have Waited a hr for me". I said " Your shitting me, we just drove 7 hrs from up north to get here!" I was frustrated so I went back outside. My daughter and owner were standing 10 ft back from me watching The two mechanics on the roof trying to figure out where the water was coming from. I was in the front of the RV looking to see if I could see. As I flipped down the right visor, I noticed dry water stains.I looked closer on the seat and saw more dried water stains. I asked the owner to please come look at the water damaged visors and seats. He totally Ignored me and kept talking past me looking up at the two on the roof. He kept trying to say it was a " Fresh leak" and advised the guys on the roof to caulk it. (Remember, its Pouring down rain and there caulking the roof?" I said again, " sir, if you would Please come look at this visor you will see it's Not from today. It's a problem that is Pre- existed . I also stated the fact that it could have black mold up there and my family has asthma. After Ignoring me further, i stated "I Don't want this RV."  He Yelled out " it doesn't have black mold."As the mechanics were caulking the roof and trying to figure out where the water was coming from, I asked him Once more to please just come look at the visors and he will see this was a Prior problem. He started to yell at Charged at me from 10 ft away. Dan got up in my face within 1/18th of a inch as his eyes were bluldging and his spit was flying as he yelled in my face  "I have had Covid and it took my M****F**** eyesight! I cant See!"  I was in Shock! Out of Instinct to protect myself,  I Yelled back; "Get out of my face you Covid Bastard!"  That's when he told me " Get you F***ing rig Off My property. I don't have to do Shit for you! By law, I Don't owe you Nothing. Call me a Covid Mothef***. I said, "No, I called You a Covid Bastard!"   OMG! My daughter was in tears watching this Maniac Run down her mom Yelling and Spitting like a Wild Man! He Contuined to make a scene and Tell me to get Off His Property!   It was the Most Horrible experience I ever had! I should have read the reviews. It's All there. People say, " the owner likes to Inore you, cuss at you, and throw you off his property." Another says, "The owner doesn't Honor his contracts." I swear, he must have told me to leave and he doesn't owe me "Shit" by California law, at least 10x. I should have read the Reviews! It's All there!!  After a hour of abuse, and us Not leaving, he Finally said he's going to leave it up to Danille,  if she wanted to give us our money back. Then he reminded us 1 more time, By California law, she doesn't have too.  The Only California law I'm aware of is a Lemon Law! Walked up, shared I was a first time buyer and the woman seemed irritated. I explained what I was looking for and she walked away and opened a few doors then disappeared. I purchased a Rockwood trailer from RV Liquidation Center a little over a year from now. Right off the bat it had a factory defect. Bent axle. After waiting 2 months and multiple calls I finally got it fixed. Now I have a couple more problems and I called to have it fixed. They told me they are not doing repairs because of Covid 19. They say they cant get parts. This is total BS!!! Other RV companies are still working on RVs. I purchased the extended warranty. They are telling me to take it to a big name dealer because they will do the work just the same. Most likely I'm at the end of the list because I didnt buy it from them. I wish I would of now!!! I was driving by and saw their sign that says "we pay top dollar", so I thought I wonder how much I could get for my trailer. At first I thought the dealership was great. I guess because they had lots of choices and a great salesperson. After showing us lots of different travel trailers we decided on one. Unfortunately it was late in the evening after closing by the time this happened. The salesman was happy but the finance manager was not. We supplied him with our credit union of choice for our loan so things went quickly. He then raced through the contract paperwork with a sign here sign here. We purchased vehicles before so it seemed similar. So in speeding through everything we found out a few days later in reviewing contract that we were charged $1980.00 for an extended warranty called easy care. It didn't cover anything that our new warranty would cover. So we couldn't understand why we would need that. Plus we didn't have anyinformstion on how to use it nor did anyone discuss it with us. We reached out to our salesperson for a copy of what it was for and who we would contact to cancel this. He faxed us pages of what the easy care warranty would cover and on the last page was a place for the buyer to sign. We did not sign. My husband's signature was FORGED on this document. It took us three months to get our money back from the dealership for the cancellation. I have tried to contact the owner of this establishment to go over documents to to show him what happened. But when I have called they refuse to give me his contact info. I have notified thes Better Business Bureau and also filed a Record of Complaint with the Department of Motor Vehicles for falsifying documents. read more

My family and I rented an RV to drive back to Kentucky. 1. They switched units on me without my permission. 2. I had a double blowout in Arkansas and I paid for parts and labor to get it fixed. 3. She refused to reimburse me for parts , labor, and hotel expenses incurred while being on the side of I-40 for nearly 24hrs. 4. Absolutely the worst buying experience in my life. We purchased a brand new unit from rc liquidation center and have had nothing but issues with the dealership. They seemed nice at first untill they got paid then everything changed. They were extremely rude and don't plan on helping you in the least bit. We have to take our trailer to another dealership to have them do a bunch of warrenty work, as this dealership does no maintenance to the trailers as they are stored. We purchased a pull trailer paid 500 for detail that was not detailed very well, it looked better detailed when we first were looking at it and there mirror was suppose to be fixed it had some coating like it got to hot or something. There was no one there that could help us with those issues because they were out of town. We were having issues with the brakes and I will say this, the mechanic/maintenance man who walk us through everything and explained everything to us, went above and beyond, there was even another man that was working on another trailer and came over to help also. Customer service was lacking. I'm a first time renter of an RV and the last time renting from this location. My wife and I are planning to buy one and it's not going to be from here. When I picked up the RV I was expecting that I would return the RV at the same time that I picked it up. The rental person was rude and told me, "it's like a hotel and You check out of a hotel by 11:00am". "It was in the rental agreement that you signed". And because of what this she charged my credit card with another day of renting. A whopping $246.00 . I told her I had to work and couldn't have made it to drop it off at 11:00 ore earlier. Dont waste your time or spend your money with them. The sales person i delt with was all nice and helpful when i was calling and inquiring about a trailer. But one i placed a deposit on the trailer then everything changed. It was agreed that i could pick up the trailer a certain day prior to my deposit with a check from my bank. But after the deposit i was told i couldn't pick it up that day cause i had to make an appointment for pick up and also they wanted me to wire the money over to them withing 5 days. I live over 200 miles away from them and haven't even seen the trailer in person and I'm supposed to wire over money to them. Didn't make sense. So after seeing if i could even come up another day i decided to cancel on the trailer. The sales person was very disrespectful. After i told them i wanted to cancel they told me "to bad cause the trailer was read for me". Then to top it off a get a call about 1 hour later from them saying that they can actually fit me in on Saturday cause their manager had extra staff coming in. I have purchase a 2021 Rockwood 5th wheel from this company. While in the sales process the sales person asshured my wife and I that if there were any problems with the unit they would take care of it. The first sign of trouble was during our initial walk through. It felt very rushed and short leaving us feel like they did not care about the customer of our questions after spending a lot of money on a unit from them. Our first and second issues were water leaks under the kitchen sink. I had to fix while on my first camping trip we took. there was a lot of water damage to the cabinets. When we took the trailer back for our first round of warranty issues most things were taken care of and with good craftsmanship. However the trailer i purchased had a bumper installed that had been repaired poorly by the factory. I had asked that this be fixed. When I went to pick up my trailer the service teck again was very shor and I felt like I was being rushed. When I inquired about the bumper he told me that the Factory was not sure they were will to replace the bumper since it was just a visual issue not a structural issue. I tried to call the service department at the dealership and was told I could not talk to them I could only email them. So much for customer service!! Fast forward 6 months we take several trips in this time frame with no issues. We had noticed a couple of things and noted them. We went on another trip then we had issues. The toilet would not hold water and the shower was leaking behind the wall. So we set an appointment Via email since this is the only way we can communicate. Long story short the dealership could not duplicate the water leak and or the toilet issue. I was treated as though I was Moron by the service tech. I was very upset when I Picke up the unit. and Oh by the way The claim to fix the bumper was approved but the dealership could not fix it. I was supposed to call Forest River to set it up some place else. That was news to Forest River when I called them. So back to the water leak in the shower. The dealership could not duplicate the issue but the leak started the first night of our vacation and almost ruined it. I have sent my email to the service manager a week ago where I vented a little and asked when I could bring it in to get fixed. I have yet to hear from RV Liquidation Center of Clovis. Stay away from this dealership!!! My experience of buying a trailer from these guys was a good experience but when I signed on the bottom line after that no one has called me for my warranty work. They promised a weekend away to bass lake the certificate was expired we called to get another one they never call us went to the rv resort Jor find out it was expired had to pay $180 for weekend after they have your money forget it.they don't care about the customer I don't understand if they only did the few simple things that they promised they would of got a good review money first customer don't even come last.becareful you might get the deal but customer service sucks I have a appointment on the 8 Th to fix my slides don't know what happened stay tuned will keep this updated. read more

Poor customer service, once you purchase your RV, they will not call you back for any warranty work, they did not register the RV with Forest River, so when we took it elsewhere to have the work done, had to call Forest River personally to get it registered, this was 6 months after we purchased it. The assistant manager couldn't give us the deposit said the manager had to be the one to do it but he was out of town, then the manager said the general manager had to do it and she had to come all the way from LA! She said she would have a check on Monday @ 8:30am went over there around 10am no one knew anything about us getting our deposit back! Had to wait till 1pm because they were in a "meeting!" The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Took 1 month to receive our new 5th wheel! No it wasn't a special order! We bought it off the lot. Every time I would call we would get the run around! Messages never returned. We were told on multiple occasions it would be ready we would go down and wait 2 hours from time we were told it would be ready and we would leave without our RV again! When we finally got our RV the "owner" straight up left and we didn't get our temporary tags for the RV, had to go back again to get them! OK 4 reviews and all bad! Well here's my experience. I was shopping another dealer in the Madera area. Had found a model we loved, FLAGSTAFF 26FKBS they had one and we asked to put a deposit down on it but hey said, not worry its been here for a couple months. Went on vacation and it was removed from the internet. Called the dealer and got the owner, he asked my name and I told him the model he said it was in back and they were holding it for me. Got home from a vacation a few days later, called it was sold, they couldn't explain it but said they would reorder take a month. Looked online no other dealers had the model. Was pissed. Went to RV's for Less and saw our model. Called and they said they would get back to me. No call back. I thought another dealer gonna mess with me. Called back and Sal answered said he was gonna check? Sal called back and he said they had it and faced timed the Trailer. It was not my model I asked him to recheck and he found it the ROCKWOOD 2608BS, the sister model to the FLAGSTAFF We were jacked, he said they had a couple but the model was really popular and they couldn't keep them. We told him we would be up and gave him a credit card and our credit approval for a deposit. Drove from Hanford. We got to Clovis and we were greeted and was told we were good with credit and deposit. We got to Clovis and the trailer was ready and our paper work was done. The owner. Danielle was not there and we were told we can come back in a few days to complete the transaction and arrange a pick up. We were kinda of not sure if the this was happening as this was all over a one day period of time. Well we called the next day was told the Owner would be back Monday and we could complete the deal. The weekend was long and we were like ok put down $1500 and signed the paperwork with great rate and all over the phone. Called Monday and was told they needed a week to get it ready. Things seemed unusual, but we were like we put the deposit down and signed the contract, so were good. We came and one week to pick up the Trailer. We got there and the owner was so nice and she apologized for the delay and the wait time, we did the walk thru and got the trailer. It was a great price and excellent interest rate and no hassles. It was like a weird story but it ended happy and perfect. 1. They did everything they said they would. 2. Price and interest rate beat the competition. 3. No problems with delivery or the condition of trailer. 4. No hard sale, no extras. 5. They also threw in a extended warranty and Starbucks gift card. 6. We are super happy with Dealer, owner, and trailer. Would recommend the RV dealer to anyone and want to thank Sal the sales man and the owner Danielle. Thank you love ya. read more

I have called this place a few times now. On each occasion I am put on hold for at least 10-15 minutes before I finally hang up. I have sent several emails to inquire about trading in my trailer and after a week someone finally responds, with a question. No attempt to answer my original question. I respond and again a week later I get another response with a question. Still not answering my original question. A month of emails and still no answer to my question. I just gave up even trying. If it's this hard to buy a trailer from this place I can only imagine how hard it would be to get them to do any warranty work. This is my opinion only and what I have gone through. Went to purchase an RV on March 1st gave a $10,000 deposit they cashed it the next day it wasn't even Finance they said they couldn't get us Finance so we told them to return the money then they said but they found someone then they said we needed to come and sign some new papers gave us more running around said that they needed to do an expection on the trailer we told them when every week was called back it's April 2nd our first payment on the trailer is do we go to pick up the trailer for expection can't do an expection a walkthrough because of a Coronavirus they said that they could sell us a video for $20 we told them what kind of service was that the owner came out and started screaming at us getting in my face tell me to get the trailer and go get off his property I told him I wanted my money back the worst experience ever with this company started calling me names unprofessional and we left. horrible service don't recommend it at all never buy from them worst experience ever nightmare they will steal and rip you off and use any method possible to get out of it they're trying to use the coronavirus to get out of it unbelievable service read more

We bought a 5th wheel here and everything was great until they got the money and then they stopped caring at all. We were supposed to have the truck here Friday to get the hitch thing put in the bed of the truck. I'll give it to them, we were a few hours late but that doesn't excuse any of the stuff they did. Firstly, it was suppose to be a 6 hour job. Well they couldn't finish Friday, no biggie bc it was our fault it got there late. Saturday rolls around and the owners daughter calls and says they're missing a part and they can't get it until monday. So all weekend our truck sat there. Yesterday, Monday, rolls around and we call to find out what's going on. We talk to the owner and he says he had our truck driven to a different business to install the hitch bc his guys couldn't figure it out. So not only did his daughter lie to us about what was going on when we talked to her Saturday, but the owner took it upon himself to drive our truck across town and have work done on it by someone we didn't know without our permission. We were just going to let all that slide bc we're just ready to be done with the whole situation. Well we're waiting around to finally get the truck and hook up the 5th wheel and all kinds of stuff is going wrong (the lights won't work, the hitch isn't connecting, OH YEAH AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT TEMP TAGS). I've kept my cool up until this point. I kept reassuring the mechanic guys that it's not their fault and we're not upset with them. Well I asked a salesman about the temp tags. First time he called someone and then told me she can't print it remotely. I responded with "So we're supposed to just drive it illegally home?" He looked at me, shrugged, and walked off. The second time I asked the salesman what they were doing about it he shrugged his shoulder and stated "it's not my job" and walked off. That's when I lost my cool with him, chewed him out a little bit, and told him to get the owner out here right now. I asked two or three workers for the owner to come out and talk to us so we can figure out the temp tag situation and he never does. The third time I ask him about the tags and when the owner is coming he states that the owner is trying to print it out. After about 45 mins of trying to get someone to do something, the owner sends the tag out with a worker. I'm boiling hot and ready to blow a gasket at this point. The owner finally comes out right at the end when the workers were finishing up putting new lights on the camper. All I said to the man was "I can't believe how unprofessional this whole ordeal has been." He proceeded to raise his voice at me and tell me "I don't want to hear a single word from you. I don't care about anything you have to say." So I reply with "Sure thing, our lawyer will be contacting you." He then tells his workers to stop putting the lights on the camper and tells us to leave. I went and sat in my car and my husband tells him not to speak to me like that. He replied with he has a short fuse when people threaten lawyer with him. Ummmm, you yelled at me before I said my lawyer will contact you so that doesn't make sense. I really can't believe how this man conducts business. We were willing to let all the crap go if he would have just came out and at least offered an apology and tried to smoove things over. Instead he ignores us, avoids us, yells at me, and tells us to leave bc I'm rightfully pissed off. Don't do business here. After reading all the other reviews with similar experiences I have no idea how this place is in business. My husband and I are probably the easiest people to deal with. I've never even written a bad review before. That should tell you how awful this owner is. He made me come completely out of character. I own businesses and never in a million years would I treat customers like that, especially when they're pissed about my wrong doings and ILLEGAL actions. read more

I recently bought a used trailer here. The sales process was OK, but my pick up appointment was not. During my walk-through the technician was more interested in showing me pictures of his ranch than teaching me about my trailer. There were quite a few items that still needed to be repaired, and I ended up waiting around about two hours after my expected departure time. If these were the only issues I honestly wouldn't have written a review, BUT the service tech lied to me in regards to one very important question. I specifically asked if both the black and gray water tanks had been emptied. He assured me they were both empty and clean. This was very important to me because I was going to rip out the toilet and use a composting model. My trailer is dropped somewhere with no access for dumping. Long story short, I go to start the work on installing a composting toilet and I ended up dealing with someone else's shit...literally. The black tank was full. I feel that once I had signed on the dotted line that they didn't care about me at all. read more
