they cleaned and sealed 5 of my camper windows but one kitchen window is crooked and the screen will not go back in at all. They placed the bottom of the window on top of a wood trim piece making it non flush with the screen not being able to slide into the slot ! I've called a few times and emailed them over months ....... So now I'm a bit pissed off. Seems they have no business skills with any communication caring at all....... just go to a job site ...... do the needed task, collect the money then leave and never look back. I spent about $1200 for an incomplete job and now will have to take the window out then reseal the whole thing myself ........ and I'm way too busy right now to even think of it ...... read more

RV Glass Brothers replaced the windshield in my neighbors RV so I called them and had them replace both windshields in my 2006 Expedition. We live in Yucca Valley and it doesn't rain much, so when my wife and I took off for the summer and found our first rain storm, both windshields poured water in from the top, dripping down the windshield. Then the driver's top rubber seal flew off on the freeway in Oregon. I called them when we got home and they came out to fix the issues, but they only fixed the driver's side, and then didn't fix it completely as it leaked a little the next time it rained. Now they won't return my calls or texts. I have 2 leaking windshields and a missing rubber seal. DON"T use these guys! read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys! For years I have had a moisture buildup/ fogginess in the double pane glass of my Fleetwood Southwind. I couldn't even see out of a couple of them when the sun was shining through them. I've searched high and low for someone to fix it, clean it, just anything to make them clear again. I finally ran across them doing a search for "RV glass near me," and it came up with these guys. Nowhere near me, I'm in Oxnard, but I called anyway. I got the quote, and they said they could do the work, and that they can travel. They showed up a couple of days later, and I had made arrangements for just a couple of the worst windows to be done, but after seeing their work I had them all done! My windows haven't been this clean since my rig was brand new. I am a very happy customer, and I'm telling all my friends with RV's about it. read more

The RV Glass Brothers did a great job on my coach. My driver and passenger side windows were forged making it very difficult to see through. Now they are clear like it was brand new. They did such a great job that I'm getting my other windows done also. Don't let how young they look fool you. They were very friendly, professional and punctual. I would recommend their service to my friends. read more

I've had a truly frustrating experience with RV Glass Brothers. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past two months--via phone calls and emails--I've received no response whatsoever. It's been incredibly disappointing and inconvenient, especially when I'm in urgent need of replacing my RV glass. My insurance company reached out three times to get an estimate same thing no return calls no return emails. They pretty much suck in my view If you value communication and customer service, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I give them a F- read more

Please BEWARE! We paid $260 as down payment for a side glass replacement. That was 2 months ago. No one returning our calls and no place to go to (store front). We are retired and just want the repair done or money back. A phone call, or I'll have to get others involved. read more

Had the guys out last year to pop the windshield in on my RV. They did great work and really nice guys. Fast forward a year, and on the way back from Mammoth one side started to come out again. I reached out to them for help again, and as busy as they are, they made time and came out and made the repair under warranty. Very happy with their service, they're a smaller operation, so it took a little bit to come out, but well worth the wait. They do exceptional work and are good dudes. I recommend them to anyone that asks me about RV windows and windshields. read more

These young men have their stuff down. They are true to their word. Clean up after the job is done, professional and Fair. We had a windshield replaced in our RV. They were on time. When the job was done it looked great, sound level went way down while driving. They came back because we noticed a small leak at the seal and they fixed it as promised! read more

My boyfriend Ian and I had arranged for a full reset of our 2001 Surfside motorhome windshield as the seal around it had completely failed on one side. Ian specifically stated that he wanted the windshield removed and reset, not merely resealed/repaired. For that scope of work we were quoted $1,200 however when the work was done, all that had been done was to push the windshield back into position and reseal it with silicone over the existing seal and we were still charged $1,200 - despite the work actually performed being substantially less thorough than the agreed scope of work. See attached screenshots from conversation ahead of the service and following the service where we have attempted to resolve this directly with RV Glass Bros. The price we agreed on was for a full reset (remove and reinstall with a new seal) and all that was done was a basic re-seal. We might have been open to this type of repair in lieu of a full reset if that had been the agreed scope of work and the price reflected that less thorough job - but it feels like we agreed to one thing and were provided much less, with no adjustment to the price charged to reflect that. Had we been present while this was taking place we would have immediately questioned this, but as soon as we saw the finished work we knew it was not what was agreed on and Ian has been trying to get them to discuss with him ever since (messages on Facebook, called yesterday at noon and 3:30 with no return call to the voicemail left). Also FYI while they accept credit/debit cards, they charge a 3% fee which wasn't disclosed until it came time to pay. Luckily MIL had her checkbook handy, but otherwise would have been hit with a surprise fee. Fine to charge for accepting cards but make it known before the service, not after. read more

Very disappointed with RV Glass Brothers. Started the process to get my windshield replaced early november. Struggled because they were not on AAA's approved list. Got my claim set up with them. They said they would order the windsheild. Then no answer for a couple weeks. They said they had been sick and would install the windshield when they felt better. They said they'd be in touch in 5 days. Again no answer for almost 2 weeks then I find they never even ordered the windshield but they would check on it. Again no response to calls or messages. Now it's too late for anyone to get it done before I leave for AZ with a huge crack. Now looking for someone in AZ to replace it. Be careful with these guys!! read more

Very happy with the service! Professional, courteous and prompt. Mine had water in the inner glass. No leaks. Had mild etching from water, which they could have replaced glass, but I wasn't worried about that. Great guys. Would use again if necessary. Five stars! read more

The Brothers are top notch professionals. They showed up, got set up and went to work. I had 2 windows on the drivers side window that were fogged. After they cleaned, resealed and reinstalled, the windows were good as new! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would definitely recommend. The price was very reasonable for the work they did. I'm sure the price depends on where the window is located and how many you have that are fogged. Give them a call! read more

Excellent customer service throughout the entire process! We had several foggy windows repaired in our RV and they now look great! An obvious and dramatic improvement over the hazy, foggy windows. Mobile service extremely convenient. Price reasonable for the required expertise, labor and materials to complete the work properly. Definitely a good value compared to other window replacement options. read more

These guys did a great job on our 2019 Windsport front window. The rubber around the window leaked. They replaced it and the coach looks so much nicer. No more leaks!!. Other places I called tried to tell me I needed to replace the whole window because they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't break when they replaced the rubber. Other places quoted me over $5000 dollars. Rv Glass brothers did it for 1/3 of the price and didn't even have to remove the window. Thank you RV Glass Brothers! read more
