I said I'd grab them on Saturday. I forgot and received a text on Monday 11/25 that prescriptions needed to be picked up by 11/27. From the time of receiving text at 1:44-5:15 on 11/25 they were placed back on shelf and was told they were unavailable for refill until 12/04/24. After my wife waited for some time she left and I called and waited on hold until I was told they were put back because they didn't have help employee was non apologetic to the point I asked to have all prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. In this day and age we don't need more stress in our life especially with getting the meds we need to keep us healthy. Train your employees to have some empathy towards customers! If they do not have the help to do the job get them some. I will no longer purchase my medications from any RiteAid.

The lady that I spoke with on the phone was really helpful, asking questions that I would never have thought of - refining my order to exactly what I wanted and needed (size, # layers, diameter based on number of guests, batter type, icing type, colors, writing,....). I sent a picture hoping that they could recreate something that had been found on Pinterest. Saubels did an amazing job!! The cake was beautiful and a great replica of the picture!! Just as important, the cake was delicious!! Fresh, moist and covered with delicious whipped cream icing. I was delighted with the result. More importantly, my granddaughter was delighted with the result!! Thank you so much for your contribution to a wonderful birthday celebration. She was upset because I decided not to buy them and had an attitude....as if I made a mistake. I requested a manager and she could not locate one. I just needed a price check to confirm the discount and no one did the check. This is poor customer service and it obviously comes from the top. Frankly, I have never liked CVS. This time, I found the drug store section to be disorganized chaos. Standing there is a very long line and watching those employees behind the drug counter reminded me of watching an ant colony, but somehow I did manage to get my scripts. My former RA pharmacist was assigned another location so I decided to join Walmart Plus and have my scripts delivered free to my house. No more lines! But I must say that the quality of service was much better at Walmart than CVS. When I went to transfer out of CVS, I found it very uncooperative and rather difficult to transfer my scripts. The Walmart Pharmacist that I spoke to about that issue agreed that CVS just didn't play fair with transfers out. I only paid $50 bucks for a one year subscription of WalMart Plus on a half price special. Even if I had to go to the store to pick up my meds, I would recommend. They seem to be on top of their game much more than those poor souls that have to work at CVS.

I've never had bad experiences like many others, and considered myself lucky, until recently. I had a prescription that was ready but before I could pick it up, I had a question. I called and found out that you cannot speak with a person, but rather only leave a voicemail., of which I did several times over the course of almost two weeks. With no response to my calls, I also left messages through the CVS app. Still no return call. It is very difficult for me to stop in the store for merely a question, and nor should I have to. I checked my app account today and saw that the prescription that was ready, has now been shelved and I need to reorder it. I'm really irritated, because I now have to start this process all over again and my question remains unanswered. I've overheard two of my physicians (different offices) complain about how awful this location is, to great length, and perhaps I'll heed the local community's warnings and move on myself. I'm too old and busy to deal with this crap and thankfully I have other options.

Jamie, the wine specialist, will let you taste 4 different wines and each wine has a helpful description. They also provide crackers for in-between tastings. Jamie is very helpful and super passionate about wine, he manages to get everyone as excited as he is. The other workers are very helpful too, and always seem in a positive mood. Always quick and easy to navigate and leave the store.

Cheaper than a six pack or renting a bar stool, I decided to pick up a twelve pack at this distributer to unwind in my room. I had a small cooler so I was able to easily transport the unopened left over beers back home. So this distributer is in a strip mall with ample parking. It's not very big and neither is the selection. I decide to get a domestic since that was all that was cold in their small fridge section. Holy batman this beer is expensive! I paid 25 or 26 for this beer, including a 50 cent charge for it being cold. Really? They were pounders but still, expensive in comparison to other places. Maybe they have no competition. The clerk was nice, but also didn't offer to carry my purchase out. Chivalry is dead in the distributors. Giving a 3 for at least being open and providing the service.

Their gas prices aren't that high and they have lots of options for eating if you stop by to eat .Overall, I think this is really good but sometimes it can get crowded and the wait times aren't that long, customer service is really great and I really like this Royal Farms!
