Well that's actually not the case there was some lady who appeared to be some type of management sitting out in the guest area on her laptop, and the guy that was behind the counter really has no clue. He went over and talked to her and said that they don't take names to replace food orders that were messed up or missing so I find out to be a little bit odd. The staff has a little to be desired at this location, especially management or assistant management. They really need trained on what customer service is all about and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out you just make sure your customers are well taken care of, and if you're the store manager, you need to inform your staff, if there is an issue, such as what we experienced that you're forthcoming to tell the people that they do not take names to replace food. The ambience that I take from this location is untrained staff, chaos, and very inexperienced management. I will give you two stars cause the happy meal we purchased the other day was done correctly.

Restrooms are out in the back more or less where you'd find one on a 1950s - 60s gas station. The men's restroom was pretty old and tired, but clean.
