As of August 13, 2026 still waiting for the company to send me an itemized breakdown invoice…read moreregarding why I was charged 850.00. Was told I would receive a callback and a quote on a part out of warranty, or replacement cost for new unit. The repair technician gave the wrong diagnosis regarding where the leak was. The company that came and repaired my unit gave an entirely different diagnosis and it was on the outside two pipes the company had to solder where the Freon was leaking from. Amazing the difference in trying to save the customer unnecessary money on new units when your unit is 12 years old and out of Warranty. Very disappointed in this company and will never use them again.

I have been using this company for several years now. I have been very happy with them till just…read morerecently when they took advantage of seniors and cost us an unnecessary $ 99.00. I called them for a repair and my husband told them it needed the gas. So they come out and tells us yes it needs gas! But get this they say we don't put the gas in anymore! They purposely withheld that information from us just so they could charge for a service call knowing fully well they couldn't perform the service needed. I have now decided to file a BBB report . I will be looking for a new service company. I had been paying $ 119.00 a year for Spring and Fall check ups. Not bad very reasonable. My husband called and was told the plan was 100 a year. Then why am I paying 119.00? I called up and to inquire about the rates and was told they do not offer the yearly maintenance plans anymore. Well how can that be if not 5 minutes before they gave my husband a quote for a 100.00. I do not like dishonest companies. I thought so highly of this company for a long time. Nothing good lasts I guess. Very disappointed. I have never heard of an AC Company not having a yearly plan. They also said we needed another capacitor at 150.00. The one they put in didn't even last 5 years, and they should last from 5-20. I had asked for a refund of the 99 dollar fake service call and was denied so therefore I did not let them put this in. We bought one from Amazon for less 20 bucks. Big mark up.

He called me back immediately and was in my driveway by 8:15am. Fixed the issue in 30 minutes and charged me for less than he could have. Very nice crew and will definitely be calling in the future when I need service again!

I'm going to have Johnny and his guys install another unit on my first home. No need to go anywhere else these guys are awesome!!!

This company has done right by me twice now. First: Lee Company tried to scam me into replacing my…read moreHVAC unit at hefty price, stating: The system is beyond repair. It was a cold day during Thanksgiving week, I had family staying from out of town and we had no heat. After a week plus, due to insurance red tape, I still didn't have heat, insurance said the unit could be repaired. I was recommended: Simply Service Company. Brian came out and fixed a minor part and had it running in no time for a relatively small price in comparison (I cancelled my Lee Company plan, garbage company). Second: I needed to have a mini split system unit moved and the condenser unit put on a pad, Brian came back out, assessed, gave me a price, and I agreed to have the work done. Again, I could not be more impressed with the work Brian did. It's very hard to get good, clean, professional work done these days. Simply Service and Brian do just that, time and again. Brian's attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. He worked until it was completed, and perfect, and for the price quoted with a smile on his face -- even though it was damn cold out and the sun had set hours before completion. This is the company, look no further. --Cory

When I explained that the toilet was flooding, he dismissed my concerns. The bathroom ended up flooding, causing water damage to my floors. Rather than attempting to help contain the water or even providing something to clean up the mess, he simply went outside and left me to deal with it. Now, in addition to paying for plumbing services, I'm facing the cost of replacing my flooring due to the damage. I understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of urgency, concern, and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company if you're looking for a plumbing service that treats your home with care.

I have used Parker Heating and Cooling several times over the years for routine HVAC service and…read moremaintenance, and I have always been impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and quality of work. When my HVAC system failed, they were the first company I called. They responded promptly, confirmed that my unit needed to be replaced, and provided an estimate. I obtained a couple of additional quotes for comparison, and Parker's estimate was by far the highest. Even so, because of my positive experiences with them in the past, I chose to move forward with their installation. I was without heating and cooling for approximately two weeks while waiting for my scheduled installation. The day before the installation, I was contacted and informed that it would need to be postponed by two additional days because another customer's installation had not been completed, leaving that customer without service. While the delay was inconvenient, I understood the situation. The installation itself was completed professionally, and I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Unfortunately, my experience after the installation has been extremely disappointing. Mike with Parker Heating and Cooling informed me that I qualified for two separate rebates based on my new system and assured me that he would complete and submit all of the required paperwork on my behalf. It has now been more than three months since the installation, and I have received no information or updates regarding either rebate. I have attempted to contact Mike several times, but he has not returned my calls. While I have no complaints about the quality of the installation or the technical expertise of the company, customer service after the sale is just as important. Failing to follow through on promised rebate paperwork and then refusing to communicate with a customer has left me very disappointed. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Parker Heating and Cooling despite the quality of their installation work.
