Ran up the stairs. The lady damn near guaranteed that my paperwork would take 30 days to send to my PCP's office and it stinks of retaliation. To be abundantly clear she said it could take UP TO 30 days but she said it in that way receptionists do when they want you to know they will do their best to make it take 45 days if possible.
