I took them back to the store and the Salesman went through several boxes and finally determined they are all like that - I guess it's a brand thing since back brakes do not wear out often. He ended up giving me an exchange so I could have both the way we wanted. I appreciated that, as he didn't have to go to that extent.

Equifax says they can call to fix for us but GM Randy refused to let us talk AT ALL & hung up on us 2 times. Also, Todd said that he doesn't have the ability to even though equifax was on the phone and willing to tell him what to do to resolve on his end. They are nasty humans that don't care about doing whats right!! Now we filled out a police report and may have to go to Alabama to dispute in court. Best of luck and FYI they are tied to Greenway Ford in FL. May want to avoid that place too. We have never been to greenway looking for a car and plan to avoid it in the future. Don't believe the hype when they say they have no record of running it, equifax says they have it and CAN FIX IT. They are just too lazy and put it on the patron to fix.
