They even followed up later to let me know they had checked their process to make sure this didn't happen to any other customer. Sadly way too few companies do this today. I am impressed. I wanted to get this vehicle set up to flat tow behind my motorhome. Paid them OVER $1200 DOLLARS, and the vehicle will not do what i need it to do. They know to flat tow this vehicle the negative battery connector must come off, so i bought what they advised. Then they said it will not work. Additionally they ran the 12 volt Blue Ox power port to the negative post that must come off to flat tow. So now i have to have someone fix what they could not do, but i still had to pay. Now lets add insult to injury. When to get in my truck and found not just scratches, but GOUGES, in the paint on the door frame when it looks like someone with keys/tools where rubbing on the paint as they were working under the dash. They told me they could not have done that, it must have been my service dog. I am a 100% disabled vet, and this is the way i was treated. Roger, the manager, backed his guys saying he doesn't know how they could have scratched the vehicle, he even whipped the big boot print that was around the scratches off so it looked "Clean". WTF. No discount due to the scratches, piss poor attitude, and just a sense he was clueless as to what was going on. I will never go back and will not refer anybody there, and will steer people away from there due to this.
