Review for Parker Boat House…read more I paid $3,800 for two aluminum stair packages from Parker Boat House. When I arrived and tried to install them, they didn't fit. I reached out immediately to Jill, and explained the issue, and offered multiple compromises: returning both sets, covering any restocking or shipping fees, or even exchanging for a different configuration. I was polite, flexible, and open to working with them in any reasonable way. Despite that, my calls, texts, and emails were mostly ignored. When I finally did get a response, they simply cited a strict "no returns once opened" policy--even though the items were unused and in perfect condition. No attempt was made to help, and the tone was dismissive at best. (Jill stated, without a discussion, "thankyou for your understanding") After all of this, I found several other reviews describing the same kind of unhelpful service and rigid policies. For a premium purchase like this, I expected professionalism and support. Instead, I was left with expensive equipment I can't use and zero cooperation. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I brought my boat to Duckett Marine for repair and service on 2-27-2026. I told Paul that the…read moreengine had an alarm coming in when up on plane normally above 4000 rpm. He told he would get to it in two to three days and would need it for two to three days. After 2 weeks I called and left messages when the voice mailbox wasn't full. Nobody ever returned my calls. At the 3 week point I did reach Paul and he said he just started on it that day. When I questioned why it was taking so long for what I was told would be do much sooner Paul, he would load it back on the trailer and I could come pick it up in the morning then and refused to explain any further. I then called Kevin to complain, and he said he would look into it. The only water it was put on was the pond on the Duckett site. I did ask to have them fix it as I wanted to get my boat back ASAP. It took over 3 weeks to get my boat back just to be told the issue was not fixed. To confirm I took it out the same day I picked it up on 3/21/2026 and the alarm came in within 5 minutes. I was told it never came on when they had in the pond. It was never put on the lake to test at the rpm I told them about. After taking the boat out the day I picked it up the alarm kept coming in the entire day. The engine also started to become sluggish when coming out of the hole and seems to have a vibration possibly. I emailed Kevin about this, and he never returned my email me or tried to reach out either. There is something really lacking in the service my boat received. I will never go back to this dealership or service department.

My fiancé and I took to looking for a used boat online, and stumbled upon our boat now: a 2014 Axis A24 wakeboarding boat. We came into contact with Casey Britt, who works there, just to ask some questions about the boat, etc. Casey was more than helpful: took photos and videos of the boat, sent them to us, and took our calls whenever we wanted to ask more questions. I'd say that his customer service was a very big part of why we ended up buying a boat, even this boat specifically (keep in mind, this was a 55k purchase and I HAD NEVER EVEN SEEN THE BOAT!). Being in law enforcement, I would have never felt comfortable enough doing this if it wasn't for Casey. Upon purchase of the boat, Casey had it washed, checked, and set for shipment. We got it out here a few days later and it was just as good as Casey had described. He had been truthful about some minor cosmetic issues, and honest about the condition of the boat in its entirety. When it came to having all of the documents to title and register the boat (from AL to NV), this was a nightmare through our DMV and Dept. of Wildlife.. but Casey had our back once again and made even dealing with different, taxing (literally) government agencies that much more simple. I'd absolutely recommend buying a boat from this dealership and through Casey specifically. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and timely. I'm rarely satisfied with customer service and am usually left disappointed or annoyed.. but Casey and Skiers Marine set a new standard in service and attitude that is unmatched in sales.
