Which all have the cleanest, nicest cloth I've ever played on in a pool hall. Tables roll true and the rails are super legit too. All tables have Andy's cloth similar to Simonis. They are cleaned regularly, as well as all the balls, they are shiny and roll perfectly since they clean them regularly. I shoot pool a LOT of pool and I've never been to a cleaner establishment. The tables are incredible!! They have the newest touch tunes machine that's uses the app as well as cash. The beer glasses are always clean and frosty & the bartenders are very nice and make sure you're taken care of. They have a few snacks if you're hungry but they also allow you to bring in food too if you'd like, (Taco Bell, walking distance). This is by far the best pool hall in all of Fort Worth. Even the house cues are clean and straight. Totally Amazed by what the owner has done here, by far the best 100%.

Now what I'm about to say is not about ego or entitlement . I know me. I know what I do for my bar staff. My tips are generous! Unquestioned. Not because I'm a big spender but I know the struggle and hard times bartenders and wait staff go through during a shift of drunks. The first incident was standing at the bar about to order and a person from behind shouts out his order and the bartender makes it while seeing I'm standing there waiting to order. My options are to (A) be a jerk and yell "hey!! I was here first!!!" or "just take it and move on"... I did the last one. So when it's closing time and I tell the bartender, I like one more and close, then you confirm with me "Glenn you want 1 more and close?" I say "yes" and you tab me out and immediately start dealing with your other customers and not making my drink.... So I say after 5mins of being ignored " did you get my drink on that tab out?" You tell me you didn't and try to charge me for another drink.... I'm quite certain you charged me for that drink on my tab-out but just forgot and started serving your other customers forgetting about me. It's easier to just avoid the argument to not look like an ass over a drink so I left. Horny Toads....Dirty Water Saloon...even Star Light Lounge have never treated me like this. So instead of causing a scene and asking for my bill to be checked, it's easier to talk my hard earned dollars elsewhere to be appreciated. Peace.....

A few friends and I decided to check out Rusty's Billiards' for a night. However, we were all mutually disappointed whenever we received rather rude and confrontational service from the naive and untrained bartenders. They treated us as if we were not of age and had little to no money whatsover. I do not appreciate such incompetent service due to lack of training and expertise that was clearly evident from the assholes that refused to serve us due to uncircumstansted requisites. I would further appreciative that you guys take into consideration highering educated and motivated individuals that would whole-hearteldly represetnt your establishement in the name of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ, as if he were awake and mobile at this moment. I do not know the barteneder's name that provided the less than exceptional service, but he did have a pedophile mustache that was unwarranted and unprofesional by any white collar profesion standards that are held up and accountable by any means necessary in moderrn times. It is with great displeasure that I write and file this almost atrocious grievance that should hav e not occured under propere service industry management skills and is totally unwarranted by despicable behavior. And if this claim goes unnoticed, or limited liabilty corporation and will seek to the full extent of the law, the totally disregarded, I will not hesitate to take further legal action against your maximum penalty and restiution requiree by the court. I appreciate your time and honest disservice, because I wholeheartledly understand that you guys lack the service and mental aptitude to reasonable process my claim without bias. Yet again another irrefutable and undeniable case of both, extreme ageism and prejudice against me and my fellow peers. As college students, I know I speak in unison when I state that time after time we are subjected to an extreme level of harassment and persecution within moments of entering the establishment. It seems as if we cannot play a simple game of pool, after paying our dues, without being subjected to such misconduct. This level of immortality is proposed most intuitively by what I perceive to be the manager (skinny, black hair, beard and mustache, relatively short), as I have witnessed him sending other bartenders our way to try and stir up trouble, and report it back to him. I have even first handedly witnessed this scumbag throw my fellow peer's ID at him after he himself provoked an argument (occurrence happened on 08-14-2015). He is extremely argumentative and very easily agitated over seemingly nothing. All in all, if I were you, I would avoid this pathetic excuse for a business like it's the holocaust. You will save yourself much strife and frustration. read more
