No not the Sedona you usually think of but the real Sedona. The place people live, work, play, and the Sedona you find the off the tourist path legit local businesses. Yes it's out there past the tourist areas. Kachina House is the real deal! Upon entering the ladies there all said hello and were extremely welcoming. Everyone assisted us in every way they could and were truly excited in doing so. The treasures in this store are innumerable. I mean this store is the most authentic beautiful Native American store I've ever been in the Southwest. You will be in awe of the authenticity and beauty of what they offer. There's something for everyone from smaller art pieces to the large intricate one of a kind art. All of their offerings are tagged and signed by the Native artists who made the piece. Upon entering the main room offers some items for kids and mementos for the road tripper memories. There truly is something for everyone here. It's difficult to even describe the beauty of the store, its offerings, and the peace and serenity you will find while in their building. I've always heard about the feeling of peace and that 'aura and spirituality' that Sedona possesses. Well, the Kachina House truly has that feeling. It is the real Sedona. It's like a mini museum and you feel the Native American presence while you are there. Naturally there are items you do not want to touch or simply just shouldn't out of respect. I hesitate to even take photos of the inside and the offerings out of respect. I'm not sure that you can even take photos so please inquire with staff first. Please visit this wonderful place and see the truly lovely items created by local artists. You can buy 'stuff' at the stores, 'stuff' from online, 'stuff' often made in China. What is sold in the Gallery in Williams is lovingly handcrafted by local artisans and with the purchase, you are often able to receive a lovely card about the artist which created the item. I found a beautiful, knitted sweater for our granddaughter, and the artist was there to autograph the card, truly awesome! The items I have purchased from The Gallery in Williams in the past have always become treasured by the recipients. As far as the owner telling people to move on from in front of the store, the artisans all take turns in the shop, and they rent the building, so I don't know who was so rude as per feedback below. Everyone I ever met there over the years is genuinely kind!

I picked out a beautiful piece and he wrapped it up with great care. I only spent $44 on a cup but you would have thought I spent $1,000.
