Dressers were…read moredelivered fairly quickly but the delivery men did not honor the contract agreement to relocate old furniture; furthermore, they put a huge scratch in my hardwood floors. Dylan stated he called multiple times about my bed and the manager stated they documented all calls. The call log only had one call recorded in 9 months. Attempted to return the furniture and they refused to accept stating I only had 30 days yet the invoice does not mention this at all. Asked for money back on the bed I never received and they sent it back to a card the was closed then shrugged their shoulders when I told them, like they had no idea what to do about it. Have called the corporate office for a resolution but I expect to have to notify an attorney.

It started on Black Friday before closing when sales associates were standing by the door complaining about numbers. The young guy that was assigned to us was rude, pushy, and then lied to obtain the sale. Saturday morning when we decided to proceed with the purchase, we were told that our set was no longer available new and had to take the floor model with no additional discount. We agreed with the understanding that it was a different sales associate. The following day/Sunday, we called to order the matching sectional. No sales pitch was needed yet we were put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time then rushed when the associate got on just to get our basic information. She said the finance office would call us back. We had to leave messages for two days until they returned our call to officially order the sectional. When the sectional did arrive, the men dropped it on the ground directly from the truck (didn't even lower the step). It was raining and instead of using appropriate moving equipment, they put holes in the plastic to carry to the door. They then set the two separate parts on their ends where rain dripped into the ripped holes onto the new furniture. When we got the new set inside, the ends were soaked. We had to have heaters running to dry it out. We contacted the store to ask for a credit and the matching pillows for compensation. They suggested ordering a replacement but waiting another month and dealing with their drivers again was not a good enough solution. Becki said the manager would contact us Thursday. No such communication was received. On Saturday, WE had to reach out to him/Steve in which he only offered a minimal discount. He arrogantly suggested it was sufficient for the numerous issues we had experienced. We countered. He/Steve refused to resolve the situation over $50? How incredibly incompetent and another display of their poor customer service. None of the 3 pieces of furniture are what was advertised, promised, or in the condition agreed at purchase. No one at Grand accepted accountability. I would NEVER recommend this store, and the corporate office needs to evaluate the individuals they put in a management/community role.

I had a great time in the store on Wednesday. Their customer service was outstanding. The two young ladies were very helpful with helping to suggest items I should purchase. I purchased many items on Wednesday for a large group trip I am sponsoring. After I purchased the items, I realized on Thursday that I no longer needed the six packs of Lance crackers, so I decided to return them on my way out on Friday. Of course, Ollie's was very busy because it was Black Friday. I stood in line because I had no choice. Once I got to the register, I was told that they are not doing returns because they were busy. I advised them that I am out of town and on my way out. The manager/supervisor Jeffery, reluctantly took me to another register to process the return. He reviewed the receipt and the six boxes of crackers which were $2.59 a box and confirmed that my refund would go back to my AMEX. Jeffery gave me the receipt and it was only $9 and change. I told him that I didn't think that was correct, and Jeffery abrasively pointed to the receipt and told me see look that is what it came out to. I told him that I was not saying you are wrong, but I calculated it differently in my head. Then Jeffery told me to have a blessed day. I was not feeling well, so I said, you too, and left out. I later reviewed the receipt and saw that he returned the 1st item on the receipt which was only $1 and change. I did not even get six of those items. I later called AMEX to put in a dispute. They took my information and instantly reimbursed my money. I like Ollie's but I will not return to this one.
