Was delivered on a timely manner, however, was damaged upon delivery. Asked for it to be discounted to a fair price, manager said they could "only take one payment off"..... I let them know I did not want the machines as they are damaged and are a higher price than I can find online without the damage (the manager was notified I wanted them to be picked up less than 24 hours after delivery). Let her know I would be purchasing a new set elsewhere and they needed to be picked up as soon as possible. She said in a snarky manner "well you said you needed them and are probably using them anyways". They said two weeks later was the soonest. Waited all day and called off of work waiting for them to pick them up on the day that was scheduled. They apparently cancelled the pickup because I did not answer my phone.... I never received a call and have no record of the call or a voicemail. Now I have a new set arriving in two days and am stuck with their washer and dryer. Too add the first payment was due two days later so this is very "coincidental." Also was told by the manager herself I was not allowed to bring the washer and dryer back to the store myself the very next day or any damage that the workers did would now be considered my fault and customer damage. There is apparently no winning and no resolution. Called twice to try to escalate the situation and was not resolved. I have video footage of the damage occurring and the conversation with the employee and two witnesses including my landlord who was picking up their old set at the time. Apparently, this is now becoming more of a civil dispute for court. All I wanted was a washer and dryer that was not damaged or was worth a fair price for the damage that occured!!!!

She could have handled that so differently! If she would have said to me when I was starting"I'm sorry but it will only let you scan 15 items" I would have said ok and went to another checkout. I just counted my items and checked out 2 more times and finished my scanning. There is a really nice grocery store up the street that I will spend my next 300.00 for groceries!

I ordered a Turkey and Swiss with various veggies on wheat bread. It was one of the best sandwiches I ever ate from a deli. They have very friendly Amish or Mennonite staff that will make your sandwich and help you check out when paying for your sandwich or market items. I had an opportunity to browse the market while waiting for my sandwich to be made. They sell various items that are shipped in from other Amish or Mennonite communities. I was impressed seeing some organic and other healthy items as well. The cinnamon rolls and other pastries looked good. They're displayed at the front of the store. This place is definitely a lunch option during your visit to Westcliffe. Check them out if you're in town and browse the furniture store as well.
