Sometimes you stumble upon a roadside "Antiques" store with loads of eye-catching random treasures…read morescattered strategically, or maybe sporadically, about the front porch/lawn/parking lot. And you pop in expecting to find a shop full of random treasures for the taking, all at your fingertips. But your expectations are fulfilled in a terrifying way when your eyes adjust to the dim light to find mountains of random junk drowning out all your treasures, and piled in so haphazardly a fashion as to threaten immediate bodily injury upon its certain collapse with the next door slam. This shop was nothing of the sort. As random treasures shops go, this one is brilliant. Lots and lots of vintage finds, antiques too! Old timey kitchenware, grandma's doilies and afghans, WWII era sailor jackets, and 70s era 8-tracks and leather pants. And all of it so well organized that whatever your interest you'll find it right away in its very own section in the back corner. Pull over for the repurposed rusty yard art, browse deeper for the old cigarette cases and heirloom silver.
