This one tastes a little different, possibly transformed from being frozen and then blended with ice cream. It's pleasantly tart which is great on top of the sweetness from the ice cream. It's balanced and not too sweet. There are a lot of blended honeyberry pieces in the syrup that settle on the bottom of the cup. The overall texture is smooth and thick, tough to suck up the straw at first but softens later on for fuller sips. (5/5) Gordy's Hi Hat seems like one of those classic America, must visit attractions, on every road trip through Minnesota.
