My family and I came here for a visit with a small homeschool group. What a sweet message to encourage the kids to think of others! There is just so much to see and so much space to explore! I was in total awe of all of the plants and sculptures they have, how you many there are, and how unique and large they are, overall just how magnificent they are, honestly! There's even a little Koi pond and a large basketball game set (like the kinds at arcades) that the kids, and my husband, were having fun playing with. That day there was such a nice breeze, but it can definitely get very hot during the spring, and for sure summer time, so wear a hat or bring a UV type of umbrella to provide shade. There's also a cute gift shop that my youngest wanted to keep going in. One of the employees, Mallory, was in there at the desk and was so kind and patient with my youngest daughter (3) and we had a really nice interaction with her. There are some gorgeous large geodes there too, so I was a bit nervous with my daughter walking around, but Mallory never gave us any feeling of unease. She reassured we were okay to be in there. Everyone that works there that we interacted with was very kind! I also like that they offer classes and activities there. This place is a hidden gem for exploration and to find some plants and sculptures!

Pricing/value: Everything I looked at seemed overpriced, with some items reaching the point of being obscene. That makes me question the value, regardless of the claims about quality. I've purchased similar items elsewhere for less. Overall, the lack of customer service combined with the pricing makes it difficult for me to see the value or them being voted this or that. It actually is odd like a place to cater to field trips and weddings and I'm not interested in that either albeit considered it a field trip from Henderson. Lol. Luckily enjoyed lunch at Cottonwood Station.

They have a bunch of recurring activity nights like Plant Bingo, Moss N Sip, Succulent Nights, candle-making, open mic nights and more. They also have a really nice space that can be rented for private events. The events are mostly around $40 and can be booked online. Events do sell out! We went for Plant Bingo and had such a fun time! I recommend getting there early to grab a seat. There were four of us, so we got a nice table together. They play 20 rounds, and even if you don't win bingo, you still get a 2-inch plant. I also really liked that they talk about the different plants between rounds. It makes it fun and you actually learn something and add some plants to your "want" list. They had 3 people helping with calling, showing plants and serving food. They have some food and drink options available, or there's a restaurant next door with some really yummy sandwiches. There's also plenty of parking, and surprisingly, there aren't a ton of other stores in the shopping center, so parking was easy. Such a fun ladies' night out and a great place to do something different!

After being a client for almost a year, we were disappointed with how our business relationship ended. Following the departure of the team member in early 2026 who originally established clear expectations; communication declined, scheduled visits became inconsistent, and invoicing and plant care lacked clarity. Our services were terminated with less than seven days' notice, even though there was no contract. We raised our concerns directly with the owner, but the issues were covered by saying 'you get a discount' not a meaningful way to respond in our opinion. We never asked or knew about a discount. Our advice is simple: get all pricing, service expectations, and termination terms in writing. Based on our experience, professionalism, communication, and accountability were lacking, and the way our account was handled left a disappointing final impression.

My husband and I recently purchase 2 large Japanese Column trees from Moon Nursery on Tule Springs…read moreRd. Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing trees from Moon Nursery.
