This bus service is incredibly incompetent - stay away from these guys. They were hired to carry…read moreguests back and forth between the hotel and the venue for my sister's wedding. An hour before the ceremony started, they interrupted the bride and grooms pictures to announce that they brought too big of a bus, and couldn't get the guests to the ceremony. We had to get volunteers to drive people from the hotel to the venue - they completely, 100% failed in the one job we asked them to do.

I've never had an issue with them and we continue to use them when we need to. I didn't give 5 stars because sometimes the drivers weren't communicated everything so I'd have to explain some of the details, even though it would be the same exact route every time.
