So I…read moretook the bike to him and Explained what was going on with my bike and what it was doing in turn he said it would be a few weeks before they could get to it and then call me and tell me what they found the problem to be. So a few weeks go by I get a call and the bike is ready and the ticket is roughly $800 dollars but I was told that before any work was going to be performed they would inform me of the cost and I could make my decision to proceed. Well now I'm a little heated because I'm feeling uneasy about my bike just being fixed without my approval but all that went out the window when I had a dilemma in which Chris was a total gentleman about my situation and allowed me to store my bike at his business for an extra week at no charge and when I was able to go get the bike it was a powerhouse!!!! They did a great job at servicing my bike and it was right!!! I mean Blu rode like a stallion I could tell the difference immediately!! He told me to bring it in and he said he was sure they could work on it. I cranked the scooter once a week for the past year and I drove it there. After them having my scooter for less than 1 day he called me and said he couldn't do anything with it and I have to get a trailer to come it because it won't crank now and it's missing wires. I bought it from a person who was the only owner and never modified or taken anything off the scooter. I also took before and after pictures when I took it to them and wires were missing in the after pictures. I will not and do not recommend anyone taking anything here if you expect to get your items back in one piece/ working. After asking the person I bought it from to help me go get it, he said he took his ATV and had the same experience.

Disappointing experience and waste of time…read more.. I spoke to an overall friendly salesperson, Grayson, about a bike they had advertised online. Even though there were hidden fees for 'destination' and 'assembly & prep', I agreed to the total. Then, per Grayson's suggestion, I searched around and sorted out my own shipping service. I called first thing in the morning to make the transaction and I was told that they would not ship the bike without assembling it first (which would significantly increase the shipping cost). The funny thing is, the bike is already in the shipping box! Next I spoke with Jimmy, the sales manager, and was told that they *have to* assemble it first (fine, go ahead) but they're unwilling to then disassemble it for shipping. Again, it's already in the shipping box. They claimed that they couldn't "risk it" so I even went above and beyond and called Yamaha (the manufacturer), and figured out a way they could ship to my local dealer, so there would be no liability for them. Supposedly, Jimmy spoke to the owner who (after everything I went through between salesperson, sales manager, the manufacturer, and the shipping company) said they wouldn't ship to me at all. In the end, the final verdict was: "we don't want your business."

Well to start off with ..my Name is Brian, I was recently at a program called Fellowship…read morehouse..located in Birmingham..I found out about a ( Non- Profit ) place where if you volunteer at Fellowship house for 12 hours..then you go volunteer at this ( Non - Profit ) for another 4 hours..your able to pick out a bike..to use/ have after a year.Well that's a lie.Every bike is liked..the guy at the register found some reason or another not to let me pick a bike..then after it's all said and done..he had me a schwinn bike put to working order..or so I trusted to give me for my volunteer role.Well no sooner than I got a couple miles away from this ( Non - Profit ).. the bike skipped..and skipped .and skipped..etc..you get the picture..the bike was faulty..And mind you..all of this was in the Rain on top of it..So since it was pouring down rain..I figured one day soon I'd have a look at the bike to see what the problems was and maybe I could fix it..even though I was told by guy at register to bring bike back if ever a problem and the ( Non -Profit ) would fix it and I could pay on a sliding scale for the next year.You see when they give you/ loan you a bike..they put everything.
