They were as perplexed as I was by the fact that this bike had just one brake on the handlebars to control both the front and back. After I was home, I read all over the documentation, "the front wheel appears as if the brake doesn't lock, that's just how this bike is designed." :P They basically dropped everything they were working on just to help us out. I wouldn't buy accessories here, but this is a decent bike shop for repairs!

I brought my Brompton Electric in for service after Brompton recommended warranty repair and Cycle Loft refused to do the work (under warranty) that Brompton had recommended on my 1 month old bicycle claiming that "Brompton doesn't know what they are talking about..." I had an equally disappointing interaction with a salesmen recently after I inquiring about purchasing another bicycle. I ended up buying my new bicycle online since I have had such a poor experience with the best "Gold" experience that brick and mortar has to offer Brompton Electric enthusiasts in the Burlington area.

Off we went on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail for a three hour tour headed to Wolfeboro. Lots of stops and starts along the way as she became more familiar with the bike. I'd recommend a longer ride so you'd have more time in Wolfeboro for lunch, ice cream or exploring the shops. The trail is well maintained and an easy ride. The Aventon bikes were in excellent condition and we had the chance to try a couple of different models. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend E-bike Expeditions and look forward to renting from them again.

My friends tube broke…read moreand a repair kit cost about 5 bucks. after we walked in the shop, we told a guy that the tube had broken and he took the bike in. the man aggressively took off the wheel, making the rotor damaged in the process. Then, he added a patch kit to the tube. At the time, I thought it would be just paying for the repair kit because he had Never Mentioned A Price. once he was done, he put the wheel back on for another 10 minutes wasting our time and refusing help when we offered it. Then, he walked up to the register and told us it was 35 DOLLARS for a single tube repair, KEEP IN MIND A new tube only costs about 5-10 dollars and is way easier to install.
