My wife is so impressed with his work that she keeps talking about flying out there *just for the dental work*--and not even for the great architecture in Columbus (been there, done that). We trust Pawlus for the biggest jobs like veneers and implants. I had a chipped front tooth and Pawlus made it look absolutely the same as my other teeth, you cannot even tell it's not the original. I have been a patient with Dr. Callaway since I was a child... Recently I found out I have a bad…read morenerve in one of my molars and an infection at the root. I was given antibiotics and told that that would help with my pain. I am yet to find any relief... I have been dealing with this pain since early January and cannot get in to an oral surgeon to have it pulled until April. At this point my pain is constant and very severe. It is affecting my life and my work because I cannot function well right now while I am in so much pain. Despite all of this the Doctor refused to give me pain meds due to "protocol". I was just repeatedly told "take ibuprofen or tylenol" and that it is "protocol" to not prescribe pain meds for an extraction patient. This is completely unacceptable. I hope Doctor Callaway knows he has lost a lifelong patient and he should be ashamed he turned his back on me when I needed his care the most! I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. I will also be letting others know about this callous treatment when they ask about dental recommendations.

The process of teeth shifting should have been minimal but has been almost a year and they still haven't come close to where they should be. Also halfway through they had to change from Invisalign to braces because they were unable to complete the process (even tho I still am paying the extra $1,500 for Invisalign that didn't work). The only thing about the office that is worth going is because the workers are very nice and good to be around. However, they are severely overwhelmed with patients and often I have to wait in a long line of people winding down the hallway for what turns out to be a 5 minute appointment. I would not recommend nor would I go to them again given the chance.

I loved my dental hygienist, Debbie, because she explained everything to me that she was doing. I am currently pregnant & she was so patient with me when I needed water & did not push X-rays on me. She even told me to check with my baby doctor to ensure it was okay for me to get a new filling before scheduling the next appointment. I've been to so many medical places that don't give you those options or encourage you to talk to your other providers first. I also had Dr. Drake as my dentist and he was very thorough and kind.
