Buyer beware! I've worked with EnterSource for install and then an antenna remount after a new…read moreroof was put on. Install: 1st visit: technician showed up and we spoke about plans for a new roof and told him I didn't want to have to move it if we could just install it once and be done. No problem he says. Finds a location and tells me I'll have to trim some tree limbs and we will be good to go. Also tells me whoever installed the antenna the first time has the wires installed wrong. By the way he mentioned if HughesNet needs some to verify anything he is the guy they call, plus he does all the spot checks on his installers. 2nd visit:. A second technician comes out says that HughesNet will not allow them to put the antenna where I was promised...they hook up an old antenna on the roof. 3rd visit: Prior to this visit I call the office for an explanation. I said I paid for the equipment and am not renting it so why was old equipment used (items left over from old owners of my house)? Also why was I promised the antenna could be mounted one place and now it can't? They said they would send out the orginal technician to look. When he arrived he stated he thought they could mount an antenna to the side of the house but he was mistaken...I thought he was the guy HughesNet called and spot checks his installers? Roof antenna remount: Prior to getting HughesNet I asked them can I get a non-penetrating antenna mount on a 3/12 and 7/12 roof? I was told absolutely we do it all the time. I went online and purchased a mount... 1st visit (starting to notices trend): technician shows up and says that HughesNet does not allow ANY company to mount on metal roofs especially a non-penetrating mount. And leaves...maybe on property 10 minutes. EnterSource office calls and says they only way to get that type of mount is to have HughesNet add an exception to the account. I called HughesNet and they said our installers know they can do it and it does not require anything added to the account, after asking for them to add some verbage they do. I call EnterSource back and they said ok, however we have to order the mount and it will take 3-4 days to get. 2nd visit: technician (same as before for remount and the HughesNet verifier and spot check) arrives. Immediately upon exiting he says, "I'm not even sure why I'm out here!" Mind you on this visit he never got on a ladder or left the ground. He walks around the property and says nope there isn't any place to put an antenna. I said you were suppose to bring a mount out. He says we are only allowed to place mounts on flat roofs. He also was going to mount to the side of the house (which I thought they couldn't) but trees grew more then expected and if there was a way to put on the roof the trees would block the antenna (which 2 weeks ago service was great and leaves were on the tree). The technician then shows me the note of what he was suppose to do (verify LED lights are lit on modem...serious!). Before he leaves he says my best option is to get a hotspot from my cellular dealer and use that. When HughesNet called they said I agreed with the technician to cancel my subscription! I need the internet for my job...and I do some work from home. At this point I tell HughesNet that isn't even the truth. I recall my entire ordeal with EnterSource and tell them I want another contractor that wants to work and tell the truth.

STAY AWAY from ComputerRocks in Murfreesboro…read more Upon my arrival, there was a woman at the desk who was very upset. From what I could gather, she was being charged more than what she was quoted. I basically ignored it, but my how I wish I would have turned around. First, I need to mention that I dealt with different people throughout the entire process. 1 gentleman at drop-off, another gentleman on the phone who had very broken english, and 2 teenage boys when I picked up the laptops. I had an issue with 2 of my laptops. First, I was told it was probably a hard drive issue with one, and corrupted RAM on the other (which I recently upgraded). I was told and signed for a $20.00 diagnostic fee that would be waived if I completed the repair. I was never given labor rates throughout the entire process. I was called a couple days later and informed that both of the hard drives were bad and it would cost $150.00 for one laptop, and $100.00 for the other. I was told they were both going to be replaced with 1tb hard drives. I gave him the go ahead thinking this was the cost to repair them. (Again, I was never quoted labor rates) Both of my laptops originally had 1tb hard drives and they were both replaced with (much) smaller (SSD) hard drives which are faster, but not near the same capacity. One day later when the repairs were completed, I was called was then informed that I was being charged $300.00 per laptop. I was not happy and let him know that I didn't agree with this. I told him that I would be coming by shortly to go over the details. When I arrived, there were 2 teenagers (13 or 14 years old) working the desk. I felt that they were there for a reason. It was known that I was upset and that I was coming in. I was then informed that the previous charges of $300.00 per laptop was not including tax. I informed that I wasnt going to pay that much. The teens ended up calling the original person who quoted me $150.00, and $100.00. He did cut the price down about $80.00. So, I ended up paying $534.00 and some change I have to bring up that I was being charged over $100.00 in labor for each laptop, and one of the laptops has an easy access panel on the underside. It literally has 1 little screw and the entire back comes off revealing the hard drive, graphics/video card, fans, RAM, etc. Once I arrived home, one of the laptops had a prompt that stated the Hard drive wasn't installed. I removed the back cover and noticed the connections were loose. So I basically pushed them in a little harder. They also rounded off 2 of the 4 screws holding down the hard drive. I also noticed that the hard drive that was installed looked somewhat cheap and felt that way as well. I did a little research and found that it could be purchased on amazon for $50.00, and I was charged $150.00 for it. I also decided to check out the old hard drives and see if I could possibly use them for additional storage, and low and behold, they both work just fine. So, now I am wondering why they were replaced at all. It seems that I was charged what, 125% mark up on the hard drives that I didn't need. I also feel that I was being told those were the issue, while the true issue may have been much simpler and cheaper. Needless to say, I am not enthused and I feel like I was scammed. I should have went with my gut on this one.
