Best experience changing service providers! Briana helped my husband and I with a new phone purchase and transfer of lines from old service provider. We encountered some hiccups along the way (not her fault) but Briana stayed positive and patient throughout the entire process. She kept humor and smiles part of the experience and I can't recommend her enough! This hard worker deserves a raise! read more

Great at first but my bill has done nothing but rise with services my modem can offer but I don't use. I'm sure there is some fine print saying I agreed to a phone line I didn't want. I only need internet. Nobody told me I signed up for a phone line. read more

I can not get thru to disconnect my home wi-fi. this last time, 3rd time, I have been waiting 1hr 10min. I have boxed up all equipment and put a letter in but I'm sure that will come back on me. they don't answer the line. BAD, BAD service read more

We went to our local Spectrum store in Lebanon tn. We wanted to change to Spectrum phone service. I was dreading it and had put it off for awhile. We met Briana Delk and she is amazing!! She had our phones ready to go in no time! She is so kind, helpful & friendly, it was such a good experience. Everyone at this store seemed friendly and ready to help, Briana went above & beyond. I`d give her more stars if I could!! read more

Spectrum has bad internet service in this area and the customer service is even worse. Technicians they send to your location are sloppy (and sometimes dangerously sloppy in my personal experience). Their service is outrageously priced in comparison to other internet service providers and offerings. Glad to have moved addresses where I can use another ISP that provides fiber and I pay less. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would (I really doni't want to even give a single star on this review). read more

Spectrum is a horrible company with horrible service. Always having internet outages, horrible customer service, and terrible prices compared to what you can get with other providers. read more

As far as the people at the Lebanon office I have not had to deal with them very much however when I have they seem to generally care. The service on the 1-800 number is tragic, the computer that your forced to speak with just does not understand english or at least the southern version. By the time it does give up on me and my answers and transfers me to a rep to speak with I'm so mad that its all I can do to be nice. Even after getting a rep on the phone it is hit or miss as the quality, I have had some that were more than willing to help and did then there were others that couldn't answer the simplest of questions. If there was another option for high speed internet I would definitely take a look at it based on the 1-800 experiences alone. read more

We paid our bill December 15 when we put our money order in the drop box and was told they never received it. I called customer service twice and went to the Lebanon office where the rude woman said we didn't pay and our service will be cut off. Today i received what i thought was a bill in my mailbox but it had a company name on it with my address so i opened it. The bill showed my payment. So after a month with no service it is all because they entered the wrong information. There will be hell to pay tomorrow! read more
