We encountered some hiccups along the way (not her fault) but Briana stayed positive and patient throughout the entire process. Spectrum has bad internet service in this area and the customer service is even worse. Technicians they send to your location are sloppy (and sometimes dangerously sloppy in my personal experience). Their service is outrageously priced in comparison to other internet service providers and offerings. Glad to have moved addresses where I can use another ISP that provides fiber and I pay less. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would (I really doni't want to even give a single star on this review). read more

As far as the people at the Lebanon office I have not had to deal with them very much however when I have they seem to generally care. The service on the 1-800 number is tragic, the computer that your forced to speak with just does not understand english or at least the southern version. By the time it does give up on me and my answers and transfers me to a rep to speak with I'm so mad that its all I can do to be nice. Even after getting a rep on the phone it is hit or miss as the quality, I have had some that were more than willing to help and did then there were others that couldn't answer the simplest of questions. If there was another option for high speed internet I would definitely take a look at it based on the 1-800 experiences alone. read more

We paid our bill December 15 when we put our money order in the drop box and was told they never received it. I called customer service twice and went to the Lebanon office where the rude woman said we didn't pay and our service will be cut off. Today i received what i thought was a bill in my mailbox but it had a company name on it with my address so i opened it. The bill showed my payment. So after a month with no service it is all because they entered the wrong information. There will be hell to pay tomorrow! read more
