All we wanted to do was trade in a phone, but the only option we were offered was to add an entirely new line. That makes no sense--if it's a trade-in, why would adding another full line be required? The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no real solutions. Overall, the experience felt inconvenient and poorly handled. Because of this, we've decided to switch to AT&T instead. Las week Wendy Reynolds reached out to us on behalf of the company owner who is trying to get things caught up & made right after what sounds like a lot more family medical trauma than anyone should have to deal with. We certainly understand what it can be like to run a business in times of trouble and it sounds like the wrong people were in place and things really fell apart. However it is nice to know & certainly appreciated that steps are being taken to get sub-contractors like us paid & not just written off. I guess I had never experienced a local security company or thought to even go with one. But I did! I am so glad I did. I recently contacted him because I was moving from Nashville and needed to cancel my subscription. I forgot how awesome he was. He is the only person that works for his company. He is personable and professional and remembered facts about me from 2 years ago. Who does that? No contracts. Just a flat fee a month and I did not even have to purchase equipment. I was reminded of the care he took in installing so as not to cause permanent damage to the property. He was so quick. I can only hope that the next security company I use is has high quality as he and his business is. Amazing customer service.

Do NOT work with them. It started well but it's been terrible trying to leave. They are BARELY responsive and don't follow through with what they say they will do.
